The primary suite features a king bed, smart TV, and private bath. A second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third includes two full beds — ideal for kids or extra guests. Both bathrooms are stocked with essentials, so you can settle in stress-free.



Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and everything you need to dine in.



Outside is where Turtle Pointe shines — enjoy your private pool, lounge in the sun, or fire up the grill in the patio area.

Keyless entry with digital door locks is provided for entry into the unit.

Located by A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Restaurants, shops and bars in walking distance!

Our digital locks let you arrive and check yourselves in, but we’re here if you need us. Message us on the app if you need anything during your stay. For urgent matters, call the number provided.



Interaction with Guests:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

• Paper towels

• Toilet paper

• Tissues

• Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

• Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

• Garbage bags

• Sponges

• Dish soap

• Dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

• Mailbox access is not available for guests

• Pets are NOT allowed

• All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

• Florida's warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.

• To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies, we maintain a strictly PET-FREE PROPERTY

• A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance and records the front exterior entry area of the property for security purposes.
