The Space:

Welcome to your beachside getaway in the Fortebello Beachside community of Indian Harbour Beach. This spacious 3,600-square-foot townhouse offers five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, multiple living areas, and plenty of room for families, sports teams, and groups traveling together.



The home is just half a mile from the beach and includes access to the community pool, a private patio, an upper balcony, a game area with foosball, and a fully equipped kitchen designed for easy group meals.



Inside, the open living area features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach. The updated kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large center island, a coffee maker, a Keurig, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.



Sleeping arrangements include:

• Primary bedroom: King bed and sleeper sofa

• Bedroom 2: King bed and twin bed

• Bedroom 3: King bed

• Bedroom 4: King bed

• Bedroom 5: Two bunk beds and a twin bed

• Living room: Sleeper sofa



Two bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. With 4.5 bathrooms throughout the home, larger groups can get ready without feeling crowded.

Guests also have access to the Fortebello community pool area, which features loungers, a pergola, and a cabana area. Walking paths wind around the community’s peaceful fishing pond, offering another relaxing place to spend time outdoors.



Millennium Beach Park and Canova Beach Park are both about a 15-minute walk away. Restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and shopping are also nearby. Jet ski, kayak, and boat rentals are available throughout the surrounding area, and the USSSA Space Coast Complex is approximately a 25-minute drive from the home.

• DO NOT BLOCK ANYONE'S DRIVEWAY AND NO STREET PARKING!

• ADDITIONAL PARKING: THERE ARE 2 ADDITIONAL PARKING LOCATIONS BETWEEN 146 & 148 AND BETWEEN 162 & 164 MEDITERRANEAN WAY: PLEASE USE THESE 2 LOCATIONS FOR PARKING AND DO NOT USE POOL AREA OR STREET AS ADDITIONAL PARKING.

Indian Harbour Beach is a quiet, close-knit barrier island community on Florida's Space Coast — known for its unhurried pace, clean beaches, and genuinely local feel. The area around Mediterranean Way sits within easy reach of Millennium Beach Park and Canova Park, with a walkable main strip of cafes, shops, and casual dining connecting the neighborhood to the shore. It's a great fit for families, multi-generational groups, and anyone seeking a real Florida beach town experience away from the bustle of more commercialized tourist areas.



Many restaurants are a short walk away. For breakfast, stop by Corey's Deli and Bagels, for lunch and dinner, select from a wide variety of foods, such as seafood, steak, Italian, subs, Mexican, and much more!



Getting Around:

While walkable to local beaches, shops, and dining, a car is recommended to explore the Space Coast. We offer free on-site parking, and Uber/Lyft are readily available. Major attractions, USSSA Sports Facility, and Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) are all within a short 20-minute drive.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

• Paper towels

• Toilet paper

• Tissues

• Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

• Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

• Garbage bags

• Sponges

• Dish soap

• Dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

• Mailbox access is not available for guests

• All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

• Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Florida's warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.

• While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property. A pet fee is required to be paid of $100 per pet, per stay

• Parking is limited to 6 vehicles. Oversized vehicles or trailers can be accommodated.

• This is a multi-story unit with interior stairs.
