About our home.

Upscale modern and new Beachside home with private pool, fenced in private yard, sunrise deck overlooking the ocean and huge trampoline. Your kids can enjoy while you have a cocktail on our sunrise deck enjoying the ocean view.In 2022 we remodeled our home completely and the only thing left from the original structure were the exterior walls. It is basically a brand-new house build to current standards. Our homesfeatures 4 bedrooms, (Master Bedroom with King Size Bed with High End sleep number adjustable mattress), 2 private bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with bunk beds. The new Samsung washer and dryer are located inside for your convenience. 2 bathrooms, private fenced in backyard and sunrise deck. You can let your kids and pets run in the yard without worries.
Our brand-new kitchen is fully equipped with new Samsung appliances. Incl. gourmet oven, dishwasher, full size refrigerator & plenty of counter space for entertaining. (please see pictures). We also have a Keurig, Blender, full set of pans and pots. Our covered patio with deck & grill guarantee hours of outdoor fun. We also have an outdoor pool shower. It is located just across from A1A and short walk across the street to the beach with park areas. Please look at the areal drone pictures so that you better understand how close the beach is to our home.
The house is a short walking distance away from Walmart, Mc Donald’s, Winn Dixie, many beautiful restaurants and the best urgent care in our area. ( 5 minutes to walk/1 min by car) .
We have plenty of room to park your vehicles in the driveway. Uber is also available in our area.

The living space continued.
Four full bedrooms each with locking doors. (Each Bedroom has a new flatscreen TV) Two full bathrooms. Full gourmet kitchen overlooking the family and dining room with TV. Laundry room with full-size Samsung washer and dryer. Full Fenced in backyard featuring pool, patio, covered patio with grill & outdoor seating. We provide family games as well for your entertainment.
Guest access
Garage is storage area and will be locked. If guests need a 1 car parking spot in garage this can be arrange with notice. Otherwise there’s plenty of private parking in the driveway.


Other things to note
Users under the age of 25 will be unable to rent entire properties near their own homes until they've received at least three positive reviews and no negative reviews from hosts.

Holiday weeks are minimum stay of 4 days.

The pool light unfortunately does not function. We have provided other outdoor lights as a replacement. There are 5 new flat screen TV’s in our home.
The only thing missing is you to enjoy your vacation….

The host was very attentive, answering each message immediately. Great communication is paramount with these VRBO rentals, and Ulrich was amazing. He also tended to every need promptly. Ulrich, if you read this, you’re the best!The house was very clean and felt very cared for. Every promised amenity was there and functional. The house was in a great location, too! Right in the heart of a lot that Melbourne and Cocoa Beach offer.

Florida Vacay in 4 bedroom - 5 stars

We have been vacationing in Florida for more than 20 years and always stayed in a hotel near Melbourne or Indianatlantic. This year we rented a 4 bedroom home for the first time located 2 minutes from the beach, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the property! Everything we needed to prepare meals and entertain our grandsons. We will be back next year!

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful, pool was a nice added touch. A few things for others considering this property: the laundry is not in a common space, it is in the shared bathroom of the master and the bunk room. The listing says that it provides toiletries and laundry detergent, but all that was available was a variety of left-overs from other guests and hotels. The area was very quiet, wonderful if you want a calming and relaxing vacation. Beaches were not crowded at all, and we were there over a holiday week. We also found that many places closed during the week by 8pm. All in all, it was a good stay, and we would stay here again, should we visit this area of Florida in the future.

Wonderful place to stay!

This was such a pleasant stay! The location is amazing. Literally one block from the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool. The house was so clean and comfortable. The host was so responsive and nice. We will be staying here again for sure!

Beach stay

Excellent visit from day 1. We had a fast check in and the host even left treats for our dog. The house was very clean and inviting with a pool and elevated deck. It was within walking distance of everything including the beach, restaurants and shopping. Special shout out to the hosts when we had a small problem and they rectified it within a few hours. We'll definitely come back.

The host was GREAT with communication and making sure all was well. Thai was a great house for our family to spend Thanksgiving together. We enjoyed the deck and the pool and close access to the beach. The dog beach is a short walk. Loved the area. Full size washer and dryer is in Master bath. No issues. He left snacks for our arrival. Many towels. Beds were comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. Dog bowls and a crate were provided. Would stay again.

Rainy but still had fun

Location was great, right near the beach park where we had to access the beach from. There were some sugar ants in the kitchen and leftover out of date Ensure in the fridge, but other than that it was a clean, well Maintained home. I would definitely go back.

Beach vacation

We booked this house for our family spring break. We did not want to rent a car so the location was good and walkable to grocery stores and the beach. A wagon would be good to help transport groceries. The beds were great! House was laid out well. Toiletries were lacking, pool Is not heated.

Walk to the Beach

WE enjoyed our stay at Casa Del Mar! Was nice to be so close to the beach and walking distance to the dog beach (only beach in Brevard Co that allows dogs). There is a lot to do and great restaurants near by. Home is like a new house, very clean and nicely furnished. Had a wonderful time.

Amazing Beach Vacation Home

We couldn't have asked for anything more. It was the perfect place for our extended family to enjoy our holidays. Very spacious, we comfortably had 6 couples and a few singles with beds. The host gave us a fantastic array of welcome gifts. Truly amazing stay.

Beautiful home

The house was amazing and incredibly clean. Beds were very comfortable. The pool is very convenient and clean. Wal-mart is 2 minutes way which is also helpful. Communication is very easy and fast to get ahold of owners. Definitely enjoyable stay and worth every penny!
