Yes Kitchen was fully equipped BUT had to wash every plate, pot and utensil we used due to cockroaches crawling around. Ice maker was not dispensing ice and sliding door would not lock. Had to improvise with baby gate! View of beach and ocean was fantastic. Too bad we couldn't enjoy it due to wind and rain. Surf was very rough.

The kitchen was well stocked will all the necessary items. The pool was warm and enjoyable, and the view of the ocean was excellent. Several coffee shops, restaurants, and stores were within walking distance, and there was a bike rental location within half a mile from the home. We look forward to returning.

Amazing beach views

We rented this house for the week of the Fourth and had the absolute best time! The views from this house are spectacular! The house is literally steps from the beach, perfect little pool with tanning deck, and hot tub with cool lights. The house is very well stocked, probably the best stocked VRBO I’ve ever been to. Our party consisted of two families with four teens total. The layout of the house was perfect for us, we all had our own separate areas and it fit us so well. We had a 5 week and I 100% recommend booking this again, loved it!!

Family time together was amazing ages 4-76. Perfect space for all of us. Nikki was great. We had everything we could want. The pool was wonderful. We saw a rocket launch, a turtle on the shore at nightBeautiful sunrises and ships sailing by at night.

Family vacation

This place was everything they said. Beautiful views from everywhere in the house. Spacious enough for 2 families. The loft was great for the teens who wanted to sleep in. Quick and easy to get to the beach. The pool was amazing to have for the little kids who couldnt quite handle the ocean by themselves. Great location! If I had one bad thing to say, and this is just being picky, the downstairs bedroom fan rattles intermittently. Overall, 5 stars, i would stay here again!

Very comfortable!

it was a well furnished home with very comfortable linens and beds. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We especially appreciated the heated pool and spa on the cool nights during our stay. And then we could go inside with a warm fireplace on those cold nights.

Owners and property manager very dismissive

The property was nice, but issues started immediately. My daughter stepped on a rusty fishing hook left on the pool deck, and the property manager’s response was, 'Go to the hospital,' with zero concern for her well-being.The pool heater didn’t work, which was a key reason we booked this property in November. Despite following their instructions, the manager treated us like we couldn’t read. They initially called a fake pool company that claimed it was working, wasting two days. When the real pool company finally came, they discovered a bad sensor and had to order a part. By the time it was fixed, three of our six days were ruined, and the kids couldn’t use the pool.The owner refused to respond when we asked for compensation, and the house was poorly stocked with basics like toilet paper, trash bags, and laundry soap. When supplies were brought, it was barely enough, forcing us to ration for the rest of the trip.Their rude behavior and lack of care made what should have been a fun beach vacation completely frustrating. We spent a lot of money on flights, a rental car, and this rental property, only to leave feeling let down and angry.

Amazing townhouse on a beautiful quiet beach!!

This newly renovated townhouse is located on a beautiful and quiet beach. It has a private pool along with everything you need for the week from pool towels to beach chairs and umbrellas to floats. The townhouse is extremely clean. It is great for multiple families as there are 2 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs along with another bedroom up the spiral staircase. There are 2 other sitting areas with pull out couches and TV’s along with the living room so you have multiple areas for families to have their own space. It is beautifully decorated and the views are amazing from all the windows. It is located near shopping, restaurants, golf, and Sebastian Inlet if you like fishing. The neighborhood is very quiet and off the main road and has sidewalks if you want to take a morning walk. I would definitely recommend this property. We are already deciding on a week to book it for next year!

Just perfect

The house, location, pool, beach - we loved everything! We were there in August and we saw the turtle nests being marked out - right at the bottom of the pathway to the house - it is so, so lovely! The children LOVED the pool (so did we) and the house has everything we needed and more besides. The host (Nikki) popped by to say hello just after we arrived and was kind and responsive to messages we sent with any queries. We had a day trip to the Kennedy space centre and then mostly just lazed and enjoyed our time there - thank you for sharing this awesome place with guests!

Perfectly accurate description of a Florida get away

This house was clean, organized and had all the amenities. Its close proximity to the ocean was paramount and probably the reason we would come back. The views were unbeatable. Their pool was perfect and the kids loved having the option of a pool day or beach day. 10/10 would recommend!!! Thank you to the property owners!!

First family beach vacation

I couldn’t have been happier with your home! It was spotless, it had EVERYTHING a family would ever need for a week away, and all the amenities were top notch. We had such a relaxing time. Plenty of room for the 9 of us. The pool/spa was so inviting and had all of the toys for the kids. The ocean was just a short walk. We saw a sea turtle one evening on the beach and we saw dolphins and a shark in ocean during our stay. Communication with the owners was immediate. The whole experience was a dream! Thank you!

Family beach getaway

What an amazing vacation home! The views are to die for!!! The location of the home with beach access is perfect if you are looking to be right on the beach. It also has an amazing pool with jacuzzi so you get the best of both worlds. The owners have thought of everything from kitchen supplies, pool towels, beach equipment and toys! We cant say enough good things! We would definitely return.

Nice Family Beachfront Home

Had a great stay! Home was big and beautiful and slept 6 very comfortably. Very clean inside with a nice kitchen, dining and living room area. Very close access to the beach with a little walk through the taller grass on a sand path, could possibly be trimmed up a bit and made a little wider. I would also trim the bushes out back a little to give you a better visual of the ocean on the main level. Upstairs views were wonderful. All together would definitely rent this place again

Amazing, chill, beautiful beach stay!

We, family of 6 adults, LOVED this place. Wonderful house, wonderful beach, wonderful little community. We are already dreaming of our next stay. The house has been set up very thoughtfully and has everything you need to start your vacation upon arrival. Easy access to groceries and great places to eat. A lovely slice of chill, un-Disneyfied Florida. Can’t recommend highly enough!
