Welcome to your ideal Tahoe escape! Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in Incline Village’s Upper Tyner community, this charming home offers a perfect blend of comfort, adventure, and pet-friendly fun.

The spacious living room invites you to unwind by the pellet stove or gather for family game nights. Step outside to enjoy two fantastic decks: the lower includes seating for morning coffee or sunset views, and the second-floor deck including a reclining chairs and gas grill for barbecues.

This home has two bedrooms on the main floor (one bedroom has a full bed with a pull out twin mattress underneath and the second bedroom has a queen bed). The second floor includes master bedroom (queen bed) which opens out to the upper deck. You will also find an office upstairs (includes futon) with small balcony.

This home is equipped with central AC, WiFi, and a fully stocked kitchen. Families will appreciate a Pack-n-Play, high chair, and baby gate for little ones. Two dogs under 50 lbs are welcome to join the fun. Also includes bed for dogs.

Explore nearby Diamond Peak Ski Resort, Sand Harbor Beach, or scenic hikes along the Tahoe East Shore Trail. Whether you’re seeking winter slopes, summer lakeside adventures, or peaceful relaxation, this home is your perfect base in Incline Village.

For Winter activities you will find Diamond Peak about a 15mins drive from the property. Northstar Ski Resort is about a 25min drive and Palisades 35--40mins drive.
