DO NOT BOOK.
This was the worst experience of my life.
The hosts are professional liars, unreasonable, and have zero hospitality.
They show no remorse and have no intention of improving.
Stranded in the Cold: We agreed to meet at 15:55 at the port because I had no internet.
I arrived at 14:30 to be safe, but they never showed up.
I waited in the freezing cold for over 2.5 hours.
They sent a message saying "Contact us when you arrive"—a complete insult ...

«Turned up at the hotel and the doors were padlocked.
Called them on the number pinned to the door and they said they would be there in 1 hour. I returned in 1 hour and no one showed up.
Hotel.com were useless and have refused to refund me as they say I cancelled and the hotel needs to approve the refund in this instance.»
