«Location was really great as it made walking around the town easier. The host was extremely helpful and kind. The front door is inside the courtyard of 18 at the back and to the left, we couldn't see it at first, so this is to make it easier for everyone else.»

«Incredibly beautiful and unique hotel in a centralized location close to a train station. Our suite was gigantic (like 3 big hotel rooms combined). The staff was lovely and very responsive and the breakfast spread was top notch and served in the most beautiful space. My only complaint was the tiny little shower…I could barely fit inside, the water pressure wasn’t great and there was no hand shower. The suite also only had one tiny trash can in the bathroom. «We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. «The AC did not work as it said it did. It blew hot air. I would not recommend this place seeing as it advertises falsely. It was 36°C in Naples and the room felt like 40°C. The bathroom shower did not hold the water either it would fall out of the base and go onto the floor which risked a leak in the room.»

«It was a great and quiet clean room in an otherwise filthy and loud city. Front desk staff was excellent. Close to the metro line to leave, which after a day or two you’ll want to. Close to some beautiful ancient churches which you access via alleys that smell of urine and garbage. Oh Naples.»

«The location was excellent. It was very well maintained. There is a kitchenette if you are inclined to cook. It also has a washer and dryer which was handy. Luigi provides all essential amenities. «A lovely room in a great locatiin in Naples. Very clean and had great space and a tiny balcony with a chair and small table. Good size clean bathroom with shampoo/conditioner/body wash included as well as a hairdryer. Only a couple of suggestions which would have made it perfect- a safe would have been useful, and regular replenishment of the coffee sachets. Thanks for a lovely stay.»
