✨ In the heart of a peaceful hamlet, this traditional Breton stone house with its landscaped and flowered garden, is the ideal refuge for holidays with family or friends, combining authenticity, modern comfort and leisure.

Close to the mythical forest of Brocéliande (forest of Paimpont, 11000 ha), a stone's throw from the Trémelin leisure centre and its wooded area of more than 220 ha (swimming, water sports, tree climbing, games, equestrian centre, hiking, exhibitions), our cottage is located in the heart of a region rich in natural spaces and hiking:
The pond of Careil equipped with observatories to admire many species of migratory birds, as well as preserved breeds of rustic animals (moorland sheep, ditch goats, Highland cows, horses).
The valley of the Chambre au Loup and its purple schist cliffs, a real Breton canyon.
The Boutavent estate, an archaeological and historical site in the middle of nature.

🏠 The cottage (8 people): the house is designed so that everyone finds their place with a 45 m² living room for your moments of conviviality, completed by a separate fully equipped kitchen.
Night side: 3 bedrooms with queen size double beds (160x200cm) with storage space, and 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (90x195cm) and a dresser.
Amenities: 1 bathroom, 1 shower room with toilet, and 1 separate toilet.
The stone walls combined with effective insulation give the cottage the advantage of keeping a certain coolness in summer.

🌳 The exteriors: a garden with many faces and respectful of nature. Enjoy a green setting with trees and flowers, designed for relaxation and play.
On the relaxation side: a south-facing terrace on the front to enjoy sunbathing with deckchairs and pallet wood armchairs. A sheltered rear terrace with garden furniture and pergola, ideal for your outdoor meals and evenings. Another wooden pergola overlooking an ornamental pond (in the process of being created), a real haven of freshness.
On the leisure side: a modular play area. Enjoy a petanque court that can be transformed into a badminton court, all embellished with a charming wooden gazebo to cool off between two games. A ping-pong table is also at your disposal. All the necessary playing accessories are provided.
