This home has many issues that made it undesirable to stay. When I addressed this with the property managers, they failed to communicate. It took them a week to respond after my many phone calls and messages. Listing for others consideration prior to booking:1) the cleaning supply (Lysol?)smells was so strong that it made you choke the second the door is open. Even after an entire day of airing out the place, it was still too strong to stay inside.2) the front door is difficult to get the deadbolt to lock, you have to lift up the door and wiggle the locks to get it to secure. 3) the house is difficult to find, no adequate outside lighting, no lighted display of the address of the property. 4) the after hours check in provided little to no directions of how to retrieve the keys from the lock box. 5) there not adequately lighting at the lock boxes to be able to find the pad lock dial numbers.6) the upstairs bedrooms are HOT, like 10-15 degrees hotter than downstairs. 7) the stairs are carpeted and VERY steep, which makes it difficult to get your luggage upstairs8) the hot tub is unusable. There’s no step to get into the hot tub and the condition inside the hot tub was unsanitary.After all these issues, which were addressed immediately, management took a week to respond. Think twice before booking this property!
