Modern Pines sleeps 8 guests comfortably and features two master bedrooms with king-size beds on the main floor. Each suite includes a private ultra-modern bathroom complete with sleek tile designs and LED mirrors. For additional convenience, a separate half bath is available for guests. Upstairs, the large loft offers two custom-built full-size trundle beds that easily accommodate four. The loft also includes upright and seated video arcades featuring Pac-Man, Ninja Turtles, and more, as well as a large TV for those traveling with their own gaming consoles.

The views from this cabin are spectacular. With over 900 square feet of covered patio, you can enjoy the outdoors year-round. Conveniently located off the kitchen, the downstairs patio boasts high-quality furniture and plenty of space to relax while taking in views of tall pines and a scenic pond with a deer feeder. For children, a custom-built playground is just a stone’s throw away—easily visible from the patio. The upstairs covered deck provides a more private retreat with similar views, creating a treehouse-like setting perfect for enjoying a rainstorm or simply taking in the sounds of the forest. Either deck is ideal for sipping morning coffee while watching wildlife retreat deeper into the woods.

This cabin is equipped with large smart TVs and DirecTV in all bedrooms and the living area. The spacious kitchen is accented with rare decorative tiles, making it feel like a work of art. New Hochatown casino/ Choctaw Landing, Beavers Bend State Park, Mountain Fork River and Broken Bow Lake are all within a 4-5 -mile away. A short drive will put you at the Mountain Fork Brewery, Okie Girls Ice Cream Shop, Shuck Me seafood restaurant, Knotted Rope Winery, The Tasting Room Bar, and Hochatown Distilling Company, gift shop and other Hochatown area attractions.
