«I booked the Deluxe Penthouse for a week with my 89-year-old mother. The condo was full of deferred maintenance, and we lost hours of our vacation waiting for repair people from Tuesday through Saturday.
- No bedroom A/C all week. My mother slept on the couch. Fans were brought in instead, with a constant high-pitched whine.
- Dishwasher broken. A technician spent two hours on it, and it took three more days to decide to replace it.
- Coffee maker broken. Pots and pans scratched and dirty.
