«The facilities are excellent and very clean with many activities within the premises, which are relaxing. However, it’s the staff attitude that needs improvement. «I waa almost denied accommodation with an unusual excuse that they are repairing the room i was suppose to be in. The receptionist Chigozie wanted to find an alternative hotel for me. I have to stand and argue with him for about an hour before all of a sudden, there was a room for me. I think I got a lower room than i paid for!»
