Apartment with a panoramic ocean view in Giens! Beaches, trails, and the village—all within walking distance!

My 40m2 apartment facing South-East and perched on the heights of the peninsula is ideal for a beautiful stay as a couple, alone, with or without children, or with friends!

My perch is cozy and bright with panoramic view and 5 meter modular bay, garden, bicycle room, parking space, ideally located near the pier for Porquerolles, the village, the beaches, the coastal path, and the shops!

My small, quiet residence from the 70s offers us a taste of yesteryear holidays that will delight the nostalgic.

The apartment is composed of a large living room with a sleeping area facing the sea equipped with a slatted base and a 140x200 Bultex foam mattress.

It also has a small separate bedroom, ideal for an adult or a child, equipped with an IKEA foam mattress in 90x190. There is also a second extra mattress that I slide under the bed for an exceptional sleeping area because it takes up all the free space once placed on the floor to accommodate a second child. This small, quiet room offers a soothing view of the garden, and can plunge into darkness thanks to a manual blind.

✨You will arrive in a perfectly clean and disinfected apartment. Sandra the cleaning lady is in charge of preparing the accommodation to welcome you in perfect conditions when I am not in the region to do it myself.

The basic equipment is included and includes bed linen, towels, a bath mat, shower gel, hand soap, a dish towel, cleaning and cooking equipment.

You will wake up to a panoramic view of the sea and the canopy, you will be able to admire the sunrise without moving from the bed. In front of you is the Cap des Mèdes de Porquerolles.

To the south-east, the modular bay windows open the apartment onto the sea and the peninsula. In any season you can have breakfast with the windows open!

To the north-west are the bedroom and the shower room overlooking the pine forest, a large green lung still immaculate of the peninsula offering freshness and sounds of nature.

The bicycle room is accessible to travelers. The cycle and pedestrian path is just down the street.

At my place you are in the "heart of the millstone"! My apartment is ideally located 5 minutes by car from the pier for the island of Porquerolles. The beaches of Almanarre and La Badine are a 15-minute walk away, the centre of the village is a 10-minute walk away.

You will also enjoy many restaurants nearby, which you will find listed on my guide. I will be happy to inform you according to your expectations.

Thanks to a code box you will be able to arrive independently without the constraint of making an appointment for the handover of the keys.

The accommodation includes a named parking space at the foot of the building, and a bicycle room.

The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning because it is forbidden by the co-ownership regulations and rightly so: the building has been intelligently designed in the African style with corridors in the shade to the North-West in order to create a current of air and cool the apartments naturally. This system has never broken down and has been satisfying homeowners for 50 years without consuming any energy. There is a hook behind the front door to prevent slamming.

A Dyson fan is installed in the apartment from spring to late summer.

I furnish my apartment according to my tastes, and even if I try to make it unforgettable for travelers I don't want to turn it into a hotel.
