Hotellet var bra, men var skuffet over transport service. Bestilte bil fir å kjøre til shoppingsenter men jeg ble ikke hentet til avtalt tid. Souna fungerte dårlig. Bortsett fra det var oppholdet supert. God service, maten var spesiell god. Meget fornøyd og ønsker å komme tilbake til Westin

Hotell Westin Hyderabad Mindspace
Vi har hatt et veldig fint opphold på hotellet. Service sto i høysetet, og det var alltid noen å spørre om man lurte på noe. God internettilgang er også positivt. Ellers kan nevnes at de har et stort antall matretter å velge i når man har lyst på noe å spise.Veldig hyggelig personale som alltid var der for deg. I tillegg var det lett å leie en taxi til en rimelig penge når man ville ut i byen for litt shopping. I det stor og hele et flott hotell med god service:)

Quality standards have dropped… room facilities were not working properly… kettle, bath tub drainage, curtains were not cleaned. It was showing off that property is not maintained properly. Room services were delayed by 45 mins and towels were not replaced even post mentioning.

So we have been traveling for almost one month and stayed repeatedly in marriot properties. Tried the westin gurgaon, amazing stay and service thereafter stayed in JW marriot Chandigarh amazing stay and service again. And then lastly Westin Hyderabad mindspace, service here was okay ONE THING I WANT TO HIGHLIGHT OVER HERE IS we are from US and have tried the wine BAD BOY a bunch of times and it costs around $30-40 at the max. The property at hyderabad charged us 20k per bottle which comes to $245 per bottle. I understand as a property you have taxes and stuff but charging like 6.5times more than the original cost and not having the price of bottle listed anywhere was huge disappointment. I have spent almost 20lakhs in last month on marriot properties but because of this experience might not come again. Thanks

The hotel held my room from the night before when I arrived at 5:30am. The staff were professional and always helpful, from check-in to concierge, to chauffeurs, to restaurant wait staff. They gave me a 3pm check-out at no charge. Room was immaculate, spacious, and felt new.

I was absolutely overwhelmed by the quality of service at Westin. Nothing was too much trouble for the front desk and concierges who were attentive and proactive. Coupled with a great room and breakfast you couldn't ask for anything more. 5 stars*****

Great breakfast buffet!! - Their Italian food is edible, but nothing to write home about. - Their "loaded Nachos" was a miserable joke! - A multitude of options for Indian food, both North and South Indian, plus good food!! - Their bar is open till 3 AM, with a 24-hour room service - a major plus!

Excellent business hotel in the IT dominated Hitech City part of Hyderabad. Fantastic staff at front desk especially Arpit and Narinder. Fantastic waiters like Gaurav and Poona. Awesome house keeping and room service person (forgot their names)), and definitely get a massage from Dinh (spelling?). It’s awesome. Location Is excellent to get to the nice, cool parts of town. Excellent breakfast. Many restaurants to choose from for other meals. Beautiful surroundings. But really, excellent staff very, very eager to provide top notch service. Use their car service to go sight seeing. Definitely worth it. Beautiful modern rooms. Did I remember to say “excellent service”?

Marriot hotels are struggling, especially /w Food
Check-in was smooth and fast. Rooms are clean and comfortable. And that’s it. Food ordered via in room dinning was very disappointing. Also had dinner at Casbah restaurant, horrible food. Large non veg platter … all items were bad and the humus + pita was unbelievably bad! At the check out no one bothered to even ask how the stay was. Just collected the money and moved on. When I did provide feedback I was sheepishly offered a packed breakfast as compensation for ₹10k charger for the bad food they served. I chose to just walk away and will take my business else where. I feel Marriot is struggling as a brand… this is twice in a row on marriot properties in Hyderabad. My earlier stay at Sheraton Hyderbad was worse than this… so maybe it’s improving but still not good enough.

It was good couple years back but surely not close to 5 star hotel anymore with dirty pillows, linen, bed and the room itself seems so old with creaking wood floor. Chefs and waiters touch food with bare hands .. omg..Will not recommend or stay there again.

A beautiful hotel in a great Location
It's a fabulous place to stay. The food is delicious with luxurious rooms and the property is incomparable. Good hospitality, we were warmly welcomed by Priya she is very friendly, cooperative and courteous. Will surely come back again.
