화장실에서 하수구 냄새 남. 창문을 열수 없어서 환기가 안됨. 커텐을 열면 복도라 커텐을 열수도 없음. 따라서 계속 눅눅함.

Awesome
The stay was very comfortable, service was good and the breakfast was awesome with a wide spread. All in all I would recommend this place for a stay.

The room I got with King Size bed was very neat and clean, very comfortable, and the front office staff ( I remember one name 'Usha') was amazing. She went over and beyond to help to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hyderabad. I had my buffet dinner as well buffet breakfast and both were beyond my expectations with lots of variety. The bar selection was also good and servings were very good. Restaurant staff was very courteous and helping

Stay and food by regular guest..!
I am a regular guest of this hotel, but my experience this time was even more better. Food is little costly specially at the MEKONG restaurant. I asked for Jasmine rice and they said it was 900 for a portion.... Overall satisfactory!

The booking experience was terrible and very disappointing. I had booked a banquet hall for an event. The hotel did not provide any free room for the host. The banquet team redirected me to the front desk to book the room. I was shocked to hear for the first time that they can take my reservation in person and asked me to book online. The online experience is much worst. I am not the only person had issued. during my stay, I hear customers how disappointed with the reservation experience.

No customer service
The service desk took almost an hour to provide us the room despite of confirmed booking. The AC duct had leakage issue and the room , bathroom was full of water due to it. After several complains they manage to get it cleaned and transfer us to new room after we pushed them. The new room too had problem where door after locking was getting open from outside without key card. The desk was informed around 6 in evening and they assured to resolve it however after I was back from meeting at night, I was surprised to see no action was taken, again despite of several complains they managed to send someone mid night to get it done. In all the incidence the manager never bother to be available. Worst service

Poorly maintained
My experience was horrible. Firstly, they took almost 40 minutes for check-in. Next morning I got up with water all over the room (leakage from the AC vent) and no hot water supply to the shower. After 30 minutes of insisting, we finally got our room changed. The same night I had to get the 2nd room changed as well, since the main door's lock wasnt functional.

Good food..poor committed staff.. innovative bed
Marigold is a very good property in Hyderabad. Location relatively good. But the staff working there were very casual. A king bed room is prepared in the way that was in the picture. After explaining the situation We were alloted another room where civil works are going and noise is to it's peak. At last after 3 hrs of check in we were alloted a peaceful room. But the owes continued..i am sleeping and the staff opened my room door walked in and went off.. later buzzer sounds and i woke with a gentleman saying sorry disturbing me from my sleep. Lights washrooms were dim.the slope of floor not scientific hence water stands up every where. A beautiful property in bad hands. SILVER LINING IS THE FOOD AT THE RESTAURANT.THE CHEFS HAVE MAGIC IN THEIR HANDS... REQUEST MANAGEMENT TO MAKE NECESSARY CORRECTIONS.

Gorgeous hotel in a convenient location
Clean, quiet hotel with a lot of pizazz. The road leading to it can be appear to be chaotic and loud, but Marigold is a sanctuary. The interior is tastefully decorated and oozes class. The rooms are inviting and stocked with all the amenities expected out of a star hotel. The breakfast is great as is the food in the restaurants. Nothing is walkable in the neighborhood - the traffic is a menace. But many places are quite close and Uber/Ola show up easily to the front door.

Not if there are other options
Service was curt and cold. Was told to leave the queue and make myself comfortable and that they would call me when it's my turn to check in, but they kept serving the walk-ins. Had to rejoin the queue all over again otherwise I might end up waiting the whole night there. Room was dated and old. Mirrors were tarnished around the edges, leather chair was mouldy and the power points were damaged. The plug on the iron was missing a pin and I spotted a baby cockroach in the toilet. To top things off, I nearly slipped and fell after housekeeping left the floors mopped but still wet. Breakfast was a small spread though there was plenty of bottled water provided in the room.

i liked the property. The room was good. It looks like a 5 star hotel. i dont' think anyone would be disappointed. The staff are friendly. We had a small problem in the room and they took care of it immediately.

A pleasant place to stay for business or personal
The hotel ambience was nice. The rooms were great but had a smoky smell and we had to request house keeping to sanitize it again. Valet parking is available and staff is friendly.

The property of Marigold itself was good and the staff was good, wish there was more seating at the buffet but otherwise it’s good. The staff were awesome, they gave us our packages to our room. My issue wasn’t with the hotel but with the other guests staying there sometimes, some nights there would be weddings and it would draw party guests and they started smoking excessively in the hallways and yelling in the middle of the night

Outside and loby are appealing, room needs better maintenance. I arrived 10 hrs afrer my check-in time. They told me that the room was not ready, had to wait 30 min. They refused to give a second key for my room. After check-in another guest came in my door with a key for the same room. Had troubl with wifi. Hallway and outdoor smelled like garbage. No happy at all

For a four/five star property this is poorly maintained . We dtsyrd gof 8 nights - first five we were in a room with poir housekeeping- floor was never vleaned and sheets not changed toiletries randomly replaced The room was below a banquet hall and every night we heard loud music snd singing in the room until way past midnight and ghen we heard furniture bein rearranged All day everywhere including atbreakfast staff were seen giving preferential treatment to certain families and hotel management while other paying hotel guests watched on waiting for second level service The staff are friendly and try but they need training and definitely the management needs training They are running a banquet facility in a 5 star hotel but have got neither the space or proper banquet management facilities
