Enjoy the charm of this three-bedroom cottage in Hyannis Port, walking distance to Ocean Avenue Beach and a stone’s throw from the famed Kennedy Compound. The spacious deck is perfect for enjoying summer nights with the whole family. Come unwind and enjoy all that the Cape has to offer.

The Space:
Your home away from home has everything you need to enjoy all that the Cape has to offer from relaxing at the beach to fishing, hiking, shopping, and eating in town. Located in Hyannis Port, walking distance to area beaches with the added benefit of being in a private and quiet residential neighborhood.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare home cooked meals: refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a coffee maker for those coffee lovers in your group! Kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cooking/serving items including cookware, pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware.

The house has an open floor plan with a cozy living room off the kitchen. The living room has a comfortable sofa, recliner, gas fireplace, and large smart TV with cable tv as well as streaming capability. You can log into your streaming apps on the TV such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc.

There are two full bathrooms. The master bath is also accessible from the hallway and includes a walk-in shower and a washer and dryer. The other bathroom is at the end of the hall and has a tub/shower combo.

Three bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: master with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2: queen size bed
Bedroom 3: Two sets of twin sized

Hyannis Port the is perfect spot to enjoy all the Cape has to offer. With beautiful beaches a short walk away and the ferry terminal to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket close by, The Cape and Islands are at your fingertips. Wonderful restaurants, shopping, and historic landmarks await you in downtown Hyannis year-round.

Other Things to Note:
All guests to agree to our rental agreement within 24 hours of booking.

Fines will be assessed, sometimes over your security, if you do not abide by the following rules:
- Please be mindful of our neighbors by keeping noise to a normal level, reducing noise after 9:00pm, and not lingering in front of the entrance.
-All guests must be indoors and off any exterior spaces by 10:00PM.
-No additional guests without host approval
-No parties or events. Fines assessed for additional cleaning, trash removal and property damage. A party is grounds for termination of stay and immediate removal with no refund.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and within 50ft of the outside. After 10PM only one person should be outside smoking at one time.
-No packages may be sent to the house without host approval
-No refunds to be given for shortened stays or given for any cable or internet WI-FI, heat, cooling, or power outages.

Bring your furry friends, up to two dogs are allowed. We charge $100 per dog. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. Sorry no puppies!

If you are booking through VRBO: You agree that The Host will charge your card for the full payment of the stay 24 hours after booking. Any payments by VRBO (service fees) will be charged separately.

No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
