We really enjoyed our time here! Staff was very welcoming and friendly, rooms were clean and quiet, and the pool and breakfast areas were nice. The hotel was in walking distance of many restaurants and shops, and it was an easy drive to several beaches and parks. We unfortunately had to leave early because my husband was sick and the staff was very kind and considerate about our situation. We definitely plan to come back!

I stayed at the Hyannis Travel with my family and we couldn’t be happier! The customer service was excellent, the rooms were clean and the pool and jacuzzi area was the icing on the cake. We will be staying here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Liam at the front desk was unbelievably helpful. Room makeup was very prompt, good selection for continental breakfast. We would stay there again.

Great front desk service—so friendly and helpful with our questions. Great value for money. However, the bed is too soft and saggy, bathroom needs a renovation. But I would stay here for the price for what you get, but if you want a firm bed, do not stay here :).

The whole property was really clean. The owner and all the staff were very helpful. There was plenty of choice for the breakfast. It was within walking distance of the restaurants and shops.

I chose this property because of the great reviewed it had about cleanliness. The staff was excellent, very friendly and accommodating! However, once we got to the room, I found mold along the sides in the bathtub . Lots of it. I’m really Sorry but I won’t be coming back here unless that mold is cleaned out. That’s a health hazard.

Everything was wonderful. Cliff at front desk was everything you want in a host. Fantastic customer service. Great recommendations. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and continental breakfast. As other reviews warn/ should know there’s no elevator. But helpful young man who helps e bags of needed. Breakfast is minimal. Pastures mostly. But the muffins are INCREDIBLE. Just don’t expect any protein or much fresh fruit selection. A boiled egg would’ve been great. But location is oerfect

This is the best place to stay in Hyannis
We have stayed here many times. The staff is always friendly, and helpful with what to see and do while on the Cape. Restaurants and museums are within walking distance. They also have a heated indoor pool along with an outside pool. Breakfast in included! Can't wait until our next visit!

Hotel was quiet, staff were terrific- very helpful and service oriented. Continental breakfast had lots of choices. May not be the fanciest place in Hyannis, but I won’t stay anywhere else going forward.
