The absolute worst bed I have slept in on the road in over three years. I spend roughly 100 nights a year in a hotel. This hotel had the worst bed I’ve ever slept not only that, but there was filth in the room.

Very friendly and professional service desk. We arrived and were greeted with a very nice and polite customer service representative. The place is immaculate. We had our dog and stayed in a room on the first floor. Highly recommend!

Visited March 14-17 and the WHOLE time they were doing construction all day. On the 16th the Fire Dept had to come because the dust from the sanding of the walls in the hallway was so thick it set the alarms off. Literally burning the eyes and throats of all the patrons here.
Staff was great but very poor general management. No one could make a decision. Steer clear of this place, at least until the construction is done.

I don't blame the hotel management or staff for this one, but there was a group of families staying on my floor who were allowing their kids to play and be loud in the hallway past quiet time it got to a point where I had to get up and tell them to quiet down because I was trying to sleep. needless to say I didn't sleep very good

We booked in to the hotel expecting to use the pool & jacuzzi. It was closed and under construction. While it did open for the second night we were there, it was not clean. The pool and spa were cloudy and had particulate matter in them. The room was adequate but the shower leaked and there was black mold behind the toilet as a result of the damp conditions. Our neighbors were shouting at one another into the late hours of the evening making things uncomfortable. Not the best experience.

I liked the pool, hot tub, and sauna. The breakfast that's included is good too. The rooms have fridges and microwaves.
