Located in the Waterfront District, it’s less than a mile walk to downtown for dining, shopping, and sightseeing.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. The beach is located just 3 doors down. Beautifully decorated three bedroom home with two and ½ bathrooms and a large private outdoor shower. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances that include double ovens, toaster, blender, coffee and coffee maker, and wine rack. Enjoy coffee at the breakfast table for 4. Sliding glass doors in the breakfast nook and living room lead out to the wraparound deck. With dining seating for 6 and gas BBQ grill. The living room has a comfortable Pottery Barn sectional sofa and a large flat screen television with sliding doors that open tot the side deck and beautiful ocean views. The dining room is furnished with a beautiful Pottery Barn farm table and (non functioning) custom-built fireplace.

Upstairs master suite bathed in natural light. This inviting room has a queen bed, 32” flat screen, and plenty of storage. Each morning, wake to ocean views from the large windows and private deck. The en suite bath has a large vanity and shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the 3rd bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. A shared guest bath features honeycomb tile flooring, a large vanity, and tub/shower combo.

The finished walk-out basement is furnished with 2 full-size futons and 1 twin futon. There is a shuffleboard table, large screen TV with Wii and an Apple TV for endless entertainment for the kids. The sliding door leads out to the lower level patio and back yard.

Beach chairs, beach wagon, coolers, umbrellas and boogie boards are available for your use. When you return from the beach, rinse off in the private outdoor shower.
