«BUYER BEWARE! It was 36 degrees outside and we weren't getting any heat in a pretty small space 380 sq ft. Got through the night and reached out to host first thing in the morning - they offered a space heater. We declined as I am not comfortable with them due to a previous incident with a family member. Offered a blanket. That wasn't going to help. Was never offered help troubleshooting assistance or to have a member of what they later referred to as the Maintenance TEAM come out to help us. ...

«Great unit and great hosts to work with. Very clean and easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and nightlife. My only slight disappointment was that there is no closet in the primary bedroom and limited dresser space, but other than that everything was great! Mermaid Cottages is a wonderful group to work with, excellent communication and very accommodating. »
