Gir gjester åpent soverom, kjøkkenkrok og spisestue samt fullt utstyrt bad og vaskerom i Boatshed.

Sengetøy og håndklær, sammen med alt det vesentlige i tekjøkkenet; kaffepodemaskin, brødrister, vannkoker, sandwichpress og kjøleskap.

Boatshed har også omvendt klimaanlegg for oppvarming og kjøling, noe som gjør dette til en perfekt getaway hele sesongen. BBQ tilbys også på dekk med utsikt over Currambene Creek og Jervis Bay.

Topp posisjon for delfinspotting og lansering i alle vannsport rett utenfor kajakkpadling, svømming, fiske, snorkling, stå opp padlebrett, etc.

overpriced and under delivered.

The shed is very dated and it's easy to see that there is very little spent on the upkeep. Toilet would stop running, Door latch was broken, outside lights didn't work. The outdoor furniture was old, and the cushions looked like they hadn't been washed in years, The deck is need of repair and presents as an old weathered outdoor area. The most impressive part was the view. What a shame the boat shed doesn't accurately reflect the present condition of the premises on the website.

Great Location, but Accommodation Needs Updating.

A quaint little place to stay & the location is absolutely perfect, so long as you don't mind 100 people next door at the cafe, waiting to board the Dolphin Tour Boats, which finishes at 2.30pm, and then it's quiet. The accommodation was a lot better ten years ago when privately owned by Brian & Leone, but it is now a bit run-down. It was comfortable enough, but in need of an upgrade. There is no room to put luggage & there was very little room to put your clothes (half a small wardrobe and 2 shelves). There was evidence of mice in the kitchen. Of an evening, there were quite a few creepy-crawlies that came in under the door. There's also a very noisy possum who lives in the tree, and he likes to run across the roof at night. The outdoor deck needs maintenance work, we got quite a few splinters. The outdoor shade-umbrella was broken, so we purchased some tools and repaired it as best we could. Also, the umbrella base doesn't hold the umbrella properly and it will lift out in a slight breeze. We didn't use the BBQ because is it very old, dirty and rusty. It would also be useless in the rain because it's not under cover. Communication with Real Estate Agency is okay, but don't expect immediate replies, as they're quite often "in a meeting". We received no reply to my text & photos when we left. Whilst we LOVED the location, not sure if we'll stay there again unless it's upgraded, as it's quite expensive for what you get. Thanks.

Stunning outlook

Had everything we needed except a stove or hotplate. Stunning sunrises and sunsets. Lovely warm and sunny deck in winter. Very comfortable and would go again.

Great view but very expensive

We chose the property because of the position which was magic however as other reviews had noted, there is quite a lot of exposure to the public boarding the boats each day. This didn't bother us enormously but it did detract from the privacy factor. The listing was very expensive in non wake time but you’re paying for the view. There was no internet which mattered to us at the time as one party was an international traveller. This is not noted on the property description and should be. The real estate agency rectified it quickly by supplying us with a dongle and credit. Much of the crockery is mismatched and tired. The barbecue is dirty, the wok burner broken (and no wok supplied anyway) and there wasn't even a set of tongs supplied. There was only one kitchen knife with a badly broken handle. It's also a bit of a hike to carry your belongings to the entrance but if you want to be on the water that's to be expected. There is also no outdoor umbrella or shade and it was very hot and sunny on the deck. We did have a magic couple of days and the bed was comfortable but overall felt that it was a lot of money for a very rustic and dated property.

Amazing !!!

We have not been on a holiday in years due to work and house Reno’s! This was an amazing, relaxing, peaceful and beautiful place to stay and exactly what we needed. It was a funky place with everything you need with a view you could only see in pictures. Will definitely be booking again!

The bbq could do with an update it’s pretty bad to be honest The fridge is leaking from the ice section at top so maybe replace that and some basics like butter milk and olive oil would go a miss either

Boat shed - great spot

It has been very wet and the property had quite a bit of mould - considerable mould on the back of the entrance door, handles of louvre windows, cords in the bathroom. Some of the outdoor furniture was broken due to the wood decaying/softening. That withstanding the property is ideally located and the sound of the rain in the evening was blissful. The outlook onto the water was fantastic particularly with wild skies and storms. The proximity to restaurants was fabulous and the boat shed was well provisioned with olive oil etc. Loved the funky tiled bathroom with great shower. I would be back if the mould was taken care of.

Great view. In a great location

We stayed for six days and arrived the day before Australia Day. The property is exactly as it appears in the photos - quirky with a perfect view of the water - with one exception. The private pier with two deck chairs are indeed there and is great but they do not belong only to the boat shed which the description implies. They belong also to the house behind and we experienced the renters with loud kids constantly using it and walking past the boat shed deck metres from where we sat. People also use the walkway in front of the deck to go to the cafe/boat tour which is right next door. People waiting for their tours constantly starred into the property which meant no real privacy. However, after the crowds died following Australia Day we felt less intruded upon. It is absolutely lovely being right on the water and we could take the kayak provided straight out from the pier. The property is super close to all restaurants pubs and amenities. It was generally bad weather during our stay but Huskinsson is a great spot to locate yourself. The property was very clean with comfy bedding. There is only a microwave indoors but a big bbq on the deck which we did not use because of the weather. The property agents were lovely but we had to chase them to get the arrival key code which they had forgotten to send. Otherwise, it was a great stay with fabulous views and easily enough space for a couple. But if you want privacy be considered in your choice of dates and avoid busy times.

Great location but overpriced for the accomodation and shared jetty allowed no privacy i

Overpriced for what you get. Was next door to the whale watching departure so a 3 story boat pulls up next to your jetty for tourists. There is a gate to the whale watching/ restaurant from the priperty so locals were using the front of our accomodation as a short cut through. Nice view but not worth price tag

Superb

Absolutely loved the little boat shed. Really good size for 2 and big on comfort. Great bed and couch. Everything has just great touches to it. Outlook was just amazing and right from your bed. Loved the private jetty.

Second visit... Can't wait for the third.

This was our second stay at the Boatshed and we'd have no hesitation coming back again and again. Brian is a fantastic host and was very accommodating of our late check in time. The Boatshed was spotless and we loved relaxing on the deck overlooking the bay. We highly recommend the Boatshed for anyone looking for a special and unique couples getaway,

A slice of paradise!

Superb location. The boat shed has everything and anything that you could possibly need or require. Beautifully decorated with attention to detail. Leonie’s home made jams are to die for! Brian was full of information about the local area, fishing etc and was always available if needed, in saying that they also give you your privacy. Walking distance to RSL, pub, shops, banks etc. would recommend this place to any couple that wants a thoroughly relaxing, stress free break. We definitely hit the jackpot when we found this little gem!
