«One word describes our wonderful barn experience..Utopia! Excellent quiet location looking out over fields of sheep. Very attentive hosts there on site if you need them. Log burner was fab during the chilly November nights making for a very cosy experience...in fact so cosy we had to crack open a window on occasion. Kitchen so well equipped it was home from home as owners had thought of everything along with luxury bathrooms. It was spotless ...very tastefully decorated too. Thank you...we will ...

«Pets welcome but advise in advance, perfect location, cozy, easy access for local sight seeing and there’s lots of places to go and see. There’s an M&S food at the garage about 200 metres away, good pub within walking distance but allow 30 mins there, and about an hour to get back in the dark 🙂 There is a microwave and induction hob with fridge and toaster in the kitchen but no oven, all you need unless you brought a pizza, no big deal we just froze it and had it when we got home. «Lovely quiet place for a short break. Local pub is very friendly and location is not too far from places to visit by car. Glamping Pods very clean as well as toilet block and also well equipped. No issues and really liked that on the day of departure the owner came to say goodbye and ask how our stay was.»

«If you love a peaceful country retreat then this is for you. Wildlife all around. The owner could not be more helpful. Peacocks at the back door herds of dear and flocks of amazing rheas much better than advertised. You do need a car with good clearance for the track through the forest but it's worth it as it all ads to the amazing adventure. Thank you once again to our host Martin who meets guests at the gate to lead you through the forest.»

«We loved our stay. The location is fantastic and for us with children being opposite the playground as well as such a short walk into town was great. Rye is just a lovely place and with Camber Sands and other lovely places to explore nearby you can’t go wrong with the location. The main living space is really well equipped with loads of kitchen stuff, sharp knives, comfy sofas and a great selection of books and games. The beds are comfortable and shower is a good pressure.
