«Check-in was confusing, as there was no one at reception on arrival. When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process.
Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this.»

«My partner and I stayed in the Lodge accomodation area, which was a self contained unit. It was very impressive and comfortable for the two of us inside and out. The best feature for us was the deck, which overlooked the water. We watched one of the best sunsets ever. And there’s plenty of wildlife around too. Highly recommended. »

«Well located to Mt Fields. It is a Large 2 BR even if we only needed 1. Very dated, poorly maintained, and dirty. Kitchen cabinets and cutlery drawer dirty. We had to wash dishes we were going to use. We decided not to cook so as not to have to wash everything. There was only one wine glass and when my partner washed it, he cut his hand and we had to bandage it. It looks like someone tried to repair the rim with a glass cutter and this resulted in an extremely sharp edge. I reported it to the ...
