Welcome to The BELL RANCH- This spacious and inviting French farmhouse mountain retreat is thoughtfully designed for larger groups, family gatherings, and relaxing getaways with room for everyone to comfortably spread out and enjoy.

The main level welcomes guests into a warm and open living space with comfortable seating, and easy flow into the dining room and kitchen. This home has soaring ceilings, large windows, and beautiful views. The well-appointed kitchen is a haven for culinary enthusiasts, equipped with modern appliances, a gas range, and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your delicious homemade meals in the elegant dining area or step outside onto the spacious deck to dine amidst stunning vistas of the majestic mountains.

Just off the kitchen, a separate space adds extra convenience with an additional sink and microwave, making meal prep and entertaining even easier. The kitchen is set up to comfortably handle large group meals and gathering time, with seating for 10 at the dining table and 6 additional seats at the kitchen counter. The dining room features an electric fireplace to set the mood.

Step outside from the kitchen onto the upper deck, where guests can enjoy both dining and lounge seating. On one side, a table with 6 chairs creates the perfect place for outdoor meals, while on the other side, 2 chairs with a small side table offer a peaceful place to relax and take in the setting. Stairs from the back deck lead down to the backyard, giving easy access to the outdoor space below. There you will find the Private Hot Tub to enjoy with beautiful mountain views. There is also basketball hoop to enjoy for a fun day.

Back inside, also off the kitchen area is the main level laundry room with a washer and a separate dryer, a half bath, and direct access to the garage, adding convenience and functionality to the main living area.

Down the hallway off the living room, a spacious primary master bedroom suite with private ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom offers a private and comfortable retreat, complete with a king-sized bed. Leading to a spa-like ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, dual vanities, and oversized walk-in closet. Doors from the primary suite lead onto a small private Balcony deck overlooking the scenic view, creating a quiet place to step out and unwind with fresh air and wonderful memories.

At the end of the hallway is a full-sized bathroom with modern fixtures, and also, two additional bedrooms located just off to the right.

The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and an oversized window showcasing beautiful mountain views.

The third bedroom also offers a comfortable queen-size bed, peaceful outdoor views, and a wooden dresser for convenient storage during your stay.

Make your way to the lower level, and see this home offers even more room to gather, relax, and enjoy. Stairs from the dining room lead down to where guests will find a second dining area with seating for 6 and a full second kitchen with 4 bar stools, offering added flexibility for larger groups or multi-family stays. This is a full-sized kitchen featuring updated appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. A second fireplace is also located in the dining area. Also from this level, guests can step directly out to the back patio, where the hot tub and basketball hoop are located. The perfect place to unwind after skiing, hiking, biking, or boating.

Behind double doors, there is a large secondary living area complete with a large sectional and TV, making it an ideal space for movie nights, game days, or relaxing after a day of adventure.

Additional downstairs amenities include a fourth bedroom with two Queen sized beds, a cozy couch, and convenient access to an additional full-sized ensuite bathroom with beautiful modern fixtures.

There is fifth bedroom that is located off the downstairs kitchen. This spacious room has three twin over twin Bunk beds, along with another full-size bathroom for easy convenience.

A second washer and dryer are located in the maintenance room for easy access to those on the lower level.

With two full living areas, two kitchens, multiple dining spaces, laundry on both levels, a hot tub, basketball hoop, decks, patio seating, private balcony, and plenty of room to spread out, this home is well suited for memorable mountain stays in every season!
