Enjoy a great getaway in this peaceful, brand-new, and custom-built 2400 sqft town-home in a blissful neighbourhood steps away from the Muskoka River. This property is filled with state-of-the-art finishes. As far as location goes, there is no shortage of outdoor activities for all seasons! Parking and Wifi included in this rental. This home features 4 bedrooms, with a total of 5 beds, as well as 4.5 bathrooms, with toiletries and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 separate laundry rooms. There is a mattress in the closet of the Master bedroom that is available for use.
Looking for a summer getaway? During the spring/summer months, the lakes and rivers surrounding Bracebridge make it a perfect place to be, whether you're into water sports, or relaxing on the dock. This property is conveniently located right next to a boat launch. Enjoy close by hiking, boating, fishing, beaches, ATV, and restaurants on the water. Looking for a cozy winter retreat? Enjoy outdoor activities such as snowboarding, snowshoeing, skating at Memorial Park, cross-country skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and even "Snowga".

Very clean and accommodating house. Host were very very generous with checkout time and unlike other houses, the checkout for this booking was very easy! Place is basically nearby everything, groceries, attractions, all under 15 mins. I would definitely book this again and if I can give more than 5 stars for this place, I would!!!

Beautiful home

Plenty of room for our family of 10 Steps to the Muskoka river. Everyone enjoyed the stay. The place had beautiful decor and was very clean. Host was very responsive.

Nice property but major issue

The property was large, clean and very well situated in the city. However, we had a major issue as one of the shower doors exploded as it came of the rail and injured my daughter. Several cuts and bruises.

Totally worked for our needs

Beautiful, new, and extremely spacious and clean townhome. Host was very gracious and responsive. Unfortunately there were Bell receivers and remotes left with all tv’s giving the illusion there was Bell tv. Spent an hour trying to connect and watch tv only to find it had been cancelled and they hadn’t been removed by housekeeping Also toilet paper holder/dispenser missing in some bathrooms and broken in another. We were in town for a wedding at a cottage and the fairgrounds- so excellent location. Didn’t have time to use all the wonderful amenities. Thank you!!!

Gorgeous place

All in all! It was a great space and had a lot of great amenities. Cleanliness, cozy, and interior designing was pleasant. I think only downside would be the entertainment of the tv not being super easy to navigate. Also the inner city roads can get very dangerous driving, they are not salted or maintained on a regular basis. But all in all I would give it a solid 8/10. Would come back perhaps in the summer.

Family New Year Celebration

Excellent place as advertised. Clean, quiet, and loaded with activities. We stayed indoors the entire time. The kitchen have everything we needed in preparing meals for 3 days and 2 nights. The ping pong table, billiards, and the home theatre are the top favourites. Kayaks and bicycle were available though we didn't get the chance to use it because of the weather. Nice and friendly neighbors too, we definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful property

We stayed at this property for my daughter's wedding. The property was everything that it was described as. Sleeping accommodations were wonderful everything was clean. Every time I emailed with questions they were very quickly answered and accurate. The only unfortunate part was we didn't get to stay long enough to enjoy the property and everything it offered. Definitely would recommend this property.

Spacious Townhouse with Excellent Location

Beautiful home with loads of room for the family and an awesome movie theater in the basement. Excellent location with swimming dock & boat launch, play ground with swings, and pathway to Dam/Falls right around the corner within a 5 min walk. 2 kayaks provided with life jackets to paddle down the calm river or near the dam. Pathway around the corner by the dam takes you to the top of the dam and into downtown Bracebridge where you can find delicious bakeries/coffee shops and live music at night. The dam has beautiful lights at night. Home is situated 10 minutes from Kirby Beach and Bowyers Beach.

Amazing home with everything you need

My group rented the house for a weekend while doing the Huntsville Ironman. This house is exactly as pictured. Perfect area with friendly neighbours. Very nice high end finishing touches on this house. You won’t be disappointed

we had a lovely getaway with friends. House came stocked with games and we didn't have to bring much beyond personal items (which was great). House is massive and the 6 of us had LOADS of room to spread out. Great location... 14 minute walk to downtown Bracebridge. Host was always available via email if we needed anything.

Brand new luxury spacious Town Home, convenience location with huge parking spaces and close to the dock. Lots of facilities provided such as BBQ, pool table, table tennis, bikes and kayaks. Highly recommended!!! We enjoy so much for our stay!

This place has everything!

My family and I rented this property for a weekend in late July 2021 and it was fantastic. The property was clean and very comfortable. Checking into the property was simple and Rana was available for any questions during our stay. This place is located 5 mins from anything you need whether you need something at a grocery store/LCBO, a park for the kids to play at, a boat launch down the street, a walk to Bracebridge Falls (which you can see from the park) and 5 more mins walk past the park to the strip of cool shops within Bracebridge. Also only a 5 minute drive to a fun mini-golf course! Within the house, we were greeted with some tasty complimentary snacks and drinks. Everything is as mentioned in terms of games, a pool table, brand new ping pong and foosball tables, a comfy theatre room and XBox which really was great because one day was a rainy day. In the garage there are 5 bikes ranging in ages and 2 beautiful kayaks for the water. My family that stayed here was within the age range of 15 months to 70 yrs old and everyone had an amazing time. I definitely recommend this property. Thanks Rana!

We loved our stay here!

Before arrival we were setup with all the information needed to check in. The rental was perfectly clean and spacious for a family of 10. We were greeted with lots of treats and drinks in the fridge - which was a nice surprise! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, coffee pods and a coffee maker, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, spices and oils and a dish sponge and soap - fully set for a long stay! The bedrooms were stocked with extra linens, and setup with clean and neatly made beds, floor fans in all the rooms, and table lamps. They were all pretty big rooms which worked great for setting up two pack n plays. The bathrooms were clean and equipped with lots of extra towels, toilet paper, wet wipes and hand soaps. The laundry room was super helpful with toddlers. It had detergent and dryer sheets to help you wash and dry any clothes you may need to! We loved all the extras in the home that made it memorful: the covered balcony upstairs, the backyard with the bbq, the bikes in the garage, the table tennis, snoocker/pool and foosball table, the movie room, and the park and lake a very short walk from the home. We would 100% recommend this home for anyone looking for a clean spacious home for a family with young kids!

Family Vacation (7 incl teens and grandparents)

We had an amazing week at Rana Hanna's property. The house is well stocked at a great location. The week we were there had rainy days and sunny days. On the sunny days we walked (less than a minute) to the swimming dock (Muskoka River) and enjoyed a swin in the cold river. On the rainy days we stayed indoors and played pool, ping pong, poker, chess or just watched a movie in the perfectly appointed Theatre Room. The kitchen was a dream with all the comforts of home. The house is just as pictured and perfectly situated. 15 min walk to downtown Bracebridge (and yummy ice cream at Momma Bear's) and about a 5 min walk to stores that rent canoes and kayaks. Rana was always available for any requests or questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely rebook if we are in the area again.
