The staff I would say was average and below.
The hotel was super nice and clean. But the hotel staff behind the desk could have given better costumer support.
Example 1, I had booked two rooms together online. After checking in, we noticed the rooms were on two separate floors. So we went back up and requested they at least be on the same floor. I didn’t understand why the clerk was not more accommodating at the beginning when we checked in the first time. He was helpful after we asked.
Example2, when checking out I like to get a receipt before I leave the hotel to ensure everything is correct. The printer was broken, so an email was fine. When I asked the $ amount, it wasn’t what I had expected and asked to pull it up and try to determine why. She said she couldn’t do anything. After more questions I finally figured out why (it was the $50 deposit that would eventually come off). But I felt as if she didn’t care and nothing she could do ab it.
Example3, breakfast was cold, no plates, several items were not refilled for 30 min. The breakfast looked like it would had been a hit if it was managed better.
The hotel has a great opportunity to turn this around. The staff was not helpful at all.
I will say the cleaning crew was very friendly!
I never write reviews but this one really needed it so management can hopefully correct.
