When we checked in it was very nice as we were there for the Rod Stewart concert that nite & since the room was ready, we were able to go to our room an hour earlier than the regular 4:00 check-in. However, we realized that the ac didn't seem to be working. When we got back from having an early dinner, we had to get ready for the concert so we didn't have time to tell the frontdesk the ac wasn't coming on. We had to leave for the concert, but when we returned we told them about the lack of ac, they came right away & checked it to see what they could do to make come on. The desk clerk checked the unit & tried to restart the ac. At first, the ac still didn't work so the clerk said he would move us to another room, but he would have to check his computer as to what room he could put us in. While he was gone the ac came on in our room & started cooling immediately, so we stayed in our the rest of our stay & the ac worked fine. The clerk was very efficient & very concerned & helpful. We breakfast the next morning was very good & we had great eggs, sauage, waffles, yogurt, orange juice & plenty of it, as the breakfast was until 10am & we slept in since the concert ran long & we were tired, but everything was still good & we very much enjoyed & appreciated the pleasant service from the attendant, he asked if there was anything we needed or wanted. This has been our 4th or 5th stay at a Fairfield property & we've been pleased with each stay. We will stay again at a Fairfield. A+
