«No cleaning of the room at all throughout my stay! There was black mold growing from the ceiling and walls. There were roaches everywhere and the odor was sickening! The sheets weren’t clean and the bed wreaked of cigarettes. I decided to pack up and leave my 3rd night there and a found better place to stay.»

«Mattress is hard as a rock. Would have been nice to know beforehand that your parking spot is the same number as your room number which you don’t get until check in. So don’t park in the garage until after check in bc getting luggage from the garage to the room is a pain. Hotel is very close to the Orion Amphitheater if you’re going for a concert.»

«When asked if we could have an extra pillow, they told us they were four in the room. The room only had three. We asked for an extra blanket on an open hotel and they said they didn’t have any. They offered us a sheet. The housekeeper started knocking on our door at 8 AM when checkout wasn’t until 11. They woke us up twice to clean a room that was paid for until 11. They put a hold on my card not only for the deposit but an additional $72 unknown charge for over seven days. We will not be ...
