Room was run down. Parts of the flooring (wood planks were loose and a tripping hazard). The heat to the room did not regulate well nor did the A/C work properly to cool off room. We had to open the door to the room to cool it down. The vent fan in the bathroom was very noisy. There was no Kleenex in the room nor did they provide it. The complimentary coffee was awful. The ice make took over 5 minutes to get it to fed ice. When I brought this up to the maintenance man, I was told the cold weather causes the water pipes to freeze. Clearly, that wasn’t the case. When I had them troubleshoot the issue with the A/C not running, they just left the unit in fan mode.
The property itself was poorly maintained. There was trash strewn throughout and it was not cleaned up. There were cigarette butts on the ground because there was only one cigarette butt kit for the entire facility (that I could observe) and it was damaged.
Overall, I would avoid this place in the future.
