The bar wasn't open, and they said they were busy and we're working on it being open 😑 the breakfast had not potatoes or hash browns, and we had a not disturb on our door before breakfast (check out was at noon) , but the housekeeper opened our hotel door and we're inappropriate when they opened the door, anyway, nice place not sure if we will stay there again

Two rooms confirmed for 4 adults. 10 min before check in notified that they over booked and one room was cancelled! Memorial Day weekend in California left the other couple scrambling to find another place and in the end drove home. Ruined our weekend plans

Nice hotel, great location 15 minutes from HB PIER, mall across the street with excellent dining options. Nice amenities including fitness center and outdoor game area. Great breakfast options.

Love and appreciate their full breakfast! Rooms were ample, clean and nice, w extras i did not have to bring, like hair dryer, iron, shampoo. I thought daily parking fee could be more reasonable at say $10 not $12. Walk to mall across street and nearby restaurants. Recommend!

Room is nice enough. “Sofa bed” is a trundle bed which makes one kid sleep on the nasty couch cushions and it is squeaky and loud. Trundle bed mattress was springs covered in cloth and totally uncomfortable. Air conditioner never got the room cool. Lack of drawers to unpack. Bench over a/c is great for unpacking clothes if you don’t mind them being wet in the morning due to the A/C unit. Breakout is what you’d expect for free hotel breakfast. No pool or hot tub. Overall meh.

The property smelled amazing! Every single room from the lobby, elevator to our room. The staff were so nice, profesional, welcoming and caring! I didn’t tell my family about the roof top deck play area so it was an evening surprise, so big, so much fun and we really enjoyed all the lawn games! I highly recommend this place for the family. At night we went to In-N-Out which is next to the hotel so we just walked there and then crossed the street to Kohl's for shopping and all the other shops. Breakfast in the lobby wasn’t my favorite, not too many options but I would def stay here again and I never stay at the same hotel twice lol.

This hotel is nothing short of underwhelming. I will definitely state it is in a good location, within walkable distance to many shops and restaurants across the street, and an in n out right next door. The hotel grounds are modern and clean. However, the service is what differentiates this hotel from a higher class property. We had booked a room with two queen beds and received one with one queen bed and a pull out sofa. The reception hosts simply stated they had “overbooked” and had run out of queen bed rooms. They were unapologetic about it and even sounded annoyed at the fact I brought up the issue. I was traveling with my dad and brother and my brother had to take the pull out sofa which he said was a spring mattress, he was extremely uncomfortable. The room layout is also odd. The tv is in the middle of the room instead of In front of the bed so you’d have to turn your head in order to watch. And the bathroom is right in front of the bed. I was also cold on the first night and asked for extra pillows and blankets. The same reception host informed me that they had run out of pillows and would check if she even had extra blankets to give. I’m aware this isn’t a 5 star hotel, but at almost $200 a night it isn’t a motel 6 either for this type of treatment from the staff, mainly the overnight ones. The following day I brought up my concerns to the manager, Michelle who was completely understanding and apologetic. They did refund me $50 for the inconvenience which I found kin
