Experience the Huntington Harbor lifestyle in our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home with a heated pool, an easy walk to the beach & Huntington Harbour Marina!

You can walk/bike to Marina, beach, Wetlands, Trader Joe's, and restaurants at the Harbor Mall, or drive/bike to Huntington Beach pier where you can enjoy the ocean views & grab a quick bite at Ruby’s Diner; or drive/bike to downtown with easy access around the corner off Edgewater Lane!

The space
This lovely bright home welcomes you by a bright courtyard. We have done everything we can to make this place as enjoyable as possible for your relaxing stay!

The living room is setup with a comfortable couch for relaxation and binge-watch your favorite movies and shows on our 55" TV with cable right away from home!

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, an ensuite bathroom, and private access to the backyard. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom.

I have full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!

The spacious yard boasts a heated pool, jacuzzi, bbq, and lush landscape which you and your friends or families can enjoy!

High-speed WiFi and 4 free garage and driveway parking spots are all provided during your stay!

Pool & Jacuzzi Heating Availability:
-- Pool Heating: you can request pool heating for a fee of $135 per day.
--Jacuzzi Heating: Jacuzzi heating is available for $100 per day
--Pool and Jacuzzi: combined heating available for $180 per day.
Please let us know if you'd like to arrange heating for either or both during your stay!

*It takes 2 hours to heat up the pool and jacuzzi during summertime.

*Our Pool and Spa service hours are from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm per day.

*Pool Lighting: Enjoy the pool with lights on every evening from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

*Kindly note that during the winter months, the pool and jacuzzi may take longer to reach the desired temperature due to the colder weather, which requires more time to heat them compared to summer.

*Street Parking: Please avoid parking on the street on Mondays due to street sweeping, as a $46 citation may be issued by parking enforcement.

The property was clean and very specious. It had everything one would need for a very comfortable say. The location is great and walkable to a Trader Joe's. The host was very good with communication and making sure everything was set up properly for our stay.

This house is in a nice and well maintained neighborhood. The home itself was well appointed and clean. We did not use the pool as we were busy doing other things away the house. The beds are very comfortable. We look forward to staying again.

Wonderful home close to the beach

This home was great for spending time with family. Kitchen is large and well stocked for cooking & entertaining. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. This home has a wonderful courtyard with firepit. Great for spending time together on a cool evening. Pool and hot tub are great addition. Surprisingly, we needed to heat pool in October. The host, Michael, was very informative and available whenever I had a question. This home is conveniently located to the beach and lots of restaurants. It is only 30 minutes from Disneyland. We would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Disappointing and an unpleasant experience.

The heating of the pool is misrepresented. The host controls the heat remotely, and the water is never hot when you want it to be. We only received a few hours of heat per day. Most of the communication was not from the host, and caused a great deal of stress and discontent. There was only one firepit available, even though the listing states two. The propane tanks for the BBQ and Firepit was empty and we asked to have them filled, we were asked to get them filled and we would be reimbursed. We refused, and only then did they get them filled, but we had to delay our planned BBQ until the next night. The beds in the bedroom 2 and 3 are very hard, and uncomfortable. There was only a heavy comforter on each bed, and there are no blankets available, so you are either cold or hot. There are no extra pillows for those that need more support at night. The cost for the cleaning of the house is very high, and the floors were dirty and gritty. Our white socks were filthy from walking on the floors. We could not use the middle bathroom bath tub because the lining of the bottom of the tub has been destroyed by some kind of solvent perhaps, and the drain was completely backed up. A warning to sit on a towel if you use the outdoor lounge chairs, as the as they are not cleaned, and they will leave a stain on your pants. We were told the living room fireplace was not for the guests to use. The TV does not have a consistent connection, and blanks in and out.

An excellent house

We had a very comfortable, fun and easy stay here. The house was a real treat with its layout making it easy for quiet private spaces and social gathering spaces. The pool was fabulous and not too cold without heat turned on. Had a wide range of ages stay here and everyone was comfortable.

Great place to stay!

This beautiful home was a delight to stay in. We had a great time swimming in the pool and sitting in the hot tub. The house is very spacious and feels very open. The kitchen has a long island with seating for eight opposite the ”work” side of the island. Everything you could want to use for cooking was there including a microwave, air fryer, crock pot, toaster, and of course an oven and large stovetop! Everything was very clean and comfortable. I hope I can stay there again next time I visit Huntington Beach.

Relaxing Quiet Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was well set up for a quiet, relaxing time and close enough to the beach and shopping to do about anything you wished. We visited family and they visited us while here which made the location key to us. We will look forward to a future trip and the opportunity to stay again.

Interesting Architecture

The house is a classic Mid-Century design, updated in many ways. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed, including a coffee maker that accepted Keurig & ground. There were TV's in two of the three bedrooms & both of those had ensuite baths as well. Everything worked as expected. The pool heater worked very well (for a reasonable extra charge). Complimenting it all was Michael, the host. He answered all of my messages almost immediately & was very accommodating. We had none of the hassles & misleading statements we've grown accustomed to from other hosts, especially the ones that represent many homes. We had a great stay & would enjoy coming back.

Best house, Best owner!

We stayed at this house to enjoy our Southern California trip. We chose this house because of the great location, safe neighborhood and all the great amenities. This house did not disappoint!! 10 stars!! From the manicured landscape to the immaculate interior, this house far exceeded our expectations. Michael made sure everything was perfect. This house is truly a high end experience. The attention to detail really made our stay pleasant. After spending all day out and about, it was such a delight to get home and enjoy the heated pool and jacuzzi… The bedrooms were huge and so were the bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals. From pots and pans to spices; it’s all there. Just bring your food and your dinner is easy in this five star kitchen. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and right next to the marina. It’s literally a couple blocks from the beach…perfect location and only 15 minutes from Disneyland!! Thank you for making our trip seamless…we will definitely reach out when we come back.

perfect house for our family

This house was perfect for our family with each of us having our own bedroom. Great kitchen for entertaining and comfortable living room for relaxing. The location was perfect for us. The only issue we had was with the hot tub put our host is addressing the issue and should be good for the next people that stay. Close to the beach and close to shopping as well close to our family. We would consider staying here again.
