«There was a lot nearby. Location was in an okay place but it felt very sketchy because of lack of lighting in certain areas while parking. Checking in was a weird experience and I could barely hear the person behind the glass divider. Okay on price but the floors were noticabley not very clean so shoes were important in the rooms.»

«Not saying I wouldn’t stay there again but there’s a few things you should know if your planning on staying here, the air conditioning didn’t work, there was dried liquids on the floor that never got cleaned, along with dirty hand towels, but I’ve stayed in much worse, the parking was great! They had a nice elevator witch made carrying our luggage to the room easy, all in all keep your windows open if you plan on staying here because the room gets extremely hot.»

«Staff was excellent! They called the room to make sure everything was in order. I called late in the evening for a toaster and they were out The only suggestion is call early if you need any amenities before they run out. The stay was perfect, the rooms were quiet and the update is nice.»

«The room we reserved was filthy and looked like nothing Expedia showed on-line. We checked out the next day and reserved at Residence Inn. Another customer in front of us in line also cancelled their reservations. The staff was pleasant the only good thing about this place.»

«No AC, asked for it to be fixed 3 times—was brought up a heater. I can’t make this up. No towels for pool, stayed 3 nights, same issue every time. When asked for more towels, they said 20minutes, after an hour, still no towels. Literally ever night, for three nights. Elevators are horrible. On the left side of the building there are two elevators, Both are out of service. on the right side, There are three elevators only two are in service. Three nights stay was not asked if we want clean ...

«Perfect place close to the beach, just cross the street and walk thirty steps past a couple apartments and you’re there. So close that if u need to go to the bathroom it’ll take u 2 minutes to walk. The hotel is very clean and equipped w a refrigerator and microwave. They have beach towels and boogey boards you can use for free! The people are super nice! The place does seem a little old but if u want the beautiful newport beach, this is the place!»

«Stayed for a week, family of 4. Nice suites with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Easy to find close to 405. Cleaning of room is done by request, which is fine. Full kitchen in suite. I would highly recommend this for a family trip to SoCal. 10 min from the beach (Huntington) and 15-20 min away from good shopping centers. »

«We had a great stay and will definitely stay here again. Our room had a few things that need to be repaired like a leaky toilet, sink didn’t drain properly and there’s no shampoo available so we had to buy some other than that Everything was absolutely fantastic and upon check-in and check out the desk managers were extremely courteous and professional.»
