Welcome to our Catskills Oasis home. Whether you`re strapping into your skis from the patio for a true ski-in/ski-out experience, or simply soaking in the peaceful energy of the Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountains, you’ll be taken care of from booking to checkout.
Our newly renovated 1-bedroom home features a comfortable bed with hotel sheets (read the reviews about the mattress), a queen pull-out couch, and an additional rollaway bed stored in the master bedroom closet. The bathroom includes a shower and hotel-quality towels and linens. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, and high-speed WiFi (500 MB) throughout—ideal for remote work.
The open-concept layout includes a living room, dining area, and kitchen that’s both stylish and comfortable. We’ve stocked it with all the cookware, utensils, and spices you need. TVs in the living room and bedroom come equipped with Roku and access to Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, and more.
Step outside to your private patio with seating, a BBQ grill a short drive away, and front-row views of Hunter Mountain—perfect for stargazing or grilling after a day of adventure. We also include a picnic basket with a blanket, tent, and fishing gear so you can explore nearby lakes and nature spots.
Walk down to the Kaaterskill Club & Spa, or take a 10-minute stroll to Dolan’s Lake, which has a beach, lifeguard, and summer fishing. Hikes such as the renown Kaaterskill Falls and Devil`s Path and North South Lake trails are at your fingertips. Restaurants, bars, and concert venues are all within 15 minutes, and we’re happy to share our favorite local recommendations!
Guest access via smart lock. Code is provided day-of. Ring camera at front door. Free parking for up to two vehicles (parking pass required). Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request. Hunter Mountain is your backyard!
Dogs are sometimes allowed (and welcome as long as they are potty trained), but an extra security deposit of $500 will be requested a week before check in. There will be an extra cleaning fee of $75 upon checkout as well (which we will just take out of your deposit).
