«Great location with easy access to Cornell campus. Cornell-themed interior deco throughout. The comfort twin room offered great value and had plenty of amenities for a solo traveler like me: storage space, A/C, reliable wifi, private bathroom and sink. Shower booth has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Sink has hand soap and hand lotion.
One small issue: depending on time of day, it may take a while for hot water to come out--in my case, it took anywhere from 15 seconds to 2 minutes while ...

«The property is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was huge, very clean and comfortable beds/pillows. The bar/restaurant was nice and food was good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our only complaint would be for the price of the room(s) the continental breakfast should be included - not worth the $9 charge.»

«I booked this Hotel even if it was more expensive than other hotels close by because I have stayed at several Hampton inn hotels over the years and have been very happy with the service and especially the very good breakfast they serve.
This Hampton inn I would not recommend to anyone, the undergoing renovation not mentioned anywhere no information at check in. It was noisy all day from early morning to late afternoon including Saturday and Sunday.
Breakfast under average and coffee tasted as ...

«Very disappointed!
Waited 10 mins to check in for a guest to be checked in, while the other agent just ignored me. (I am sure she was too important to handle checking me in)
We had to ask for hair dryer at front desk.
Broken dispenser for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
One cup, one glass, one plate. One roll plus 1/8th of toilet paper.
No batter for waffle (only display that has not been used forever, it’s only to fill space on the counter)
Only Coffee and coffee hot water
Overall, we ...
