This spacious (1300+ sq foot) 2-bedroom apartment accommodates four in resort-style comfort. Convenient ground floor location, with reserved parking space. Amenities include a full kitchen with recently updated appliances, separate dining and living room areas (airy, open floorspace design), smart TVs to simply log in with your own streaming accounts to enjoy your favorite apps, high speed internet, and separate master bedroom with king-sized bed and bathroom. The guest suite (lockable door for privacy), features its own private street entrance, private patio with shaded seating, king-sized bed, separate kitchenette and full bathroom. Washer and dryer access is included for stays of 2 weeks or more.



Guest Access:

Security guards staff the Fairway Courts security gate and maintain a list of registered guests to facilitate guest access; 24/7 electronic gate access is provided to registered guests.
