Please remember that Puerto Rico is a tropical paradise—and with that comes tropical wildlife. You may encounter small critters such as frogs that like to hide in umbrellas or insects that wander along the pool deck. This is a natural part of the island environment.

Although Puerto Rico has made great progress recovering from past hurricanes, the electrical grid can still be fragile. To ensure comfort and reliability, the home is equipped with solar panels and a battery backup system. At times, you may need to adjust your energy use to help extend battery life during outages. We’ve also installed a water cistern, which provides continuous water service if the public supply is temporarily affected.
