«The night staff was very helpful, internet was down and she did what she could as far as checking us in but the following morning the staff started calling our room at 7:45 a.m to check us in for the following night. We had been up the night before due to a medical issue in our family, and felt the phone call could’ve waited until later? «When we arrived the outdoor trash can was overflowing and garbage was blowing around the parking lot. We walked in the lobby and there was no one at the desk. We rang the bell and after several minutes someone finally came to check us in. She was less than friendly. Got into our room and the cleaning staff left everything to be desired. «Very well kept, staff always cleaning and it smelled nice like cleaning staff added some nice scents to rooms and hallways. Appreciated that we could actually use the pull out coach - it was nice and clean. All other hotel experiences we have had in the past we could never use pullout because it was dirty and nasty like never cleaned. But this place you can tell cleaning was a priority! Really quiet which was surprising for a weekend holiday stay. Kids enjoyed pool. Very spacious room.»

«This hotel was so dirty. We had long black hair in the sink (my husband and I are blondes) Looked like blood marks on our wall. The hallways carpet was dirty and everything smelled. Wish we could have continued our trip instead of staying there. Total waste of money. The most disgusted hotel I have ever stayed at.»
