«They’ve started renovations, but it’s still a really cool spot overall. The pool was decent—definitely seen worse, though it could use a vacuum. The hot tub looked great, but it was unfortunately out of order while they wait on parts.
Staff was very friendly, which made a big difference. One downside was access—you can only enter through the main entrance, and all other doors are exit-only. That was inconvenient, but it seems like something the renovations should address.»

«We stayed on the 3rd floor and when you flushed the toilet it would make a noise for about 3 minutes. The alarm clock buzzed all night long and the refrigerator ran.
