«The first greeting was the stink of dogs had to go to shop and get some smellies,the road noise was terrible , So many gaps around windows and doors it never warmed up, the lounge furniture was filthy think it all needs replacing perhaps not have dirty smelly animals in there, managed 3 x nights but couldnt wait to get home.»

«The cottage was very warm and cosy and had everything we required, especially as we had travelled by train, so was restricted in what we could bring. Very handy for town centre, local shops, sea front.We enjoyed many walks and runs along the prom and on the beach.»

«Beautiful, well equipped and presented accommodation and although the place is dog friendly it was very clean. It is in a very quiet secluded spot with plenty of birds and two squirrels kept us well entertained.A lovely couple renting the place out and the welcome pack was very appreciated.We will go back again as we both enjoyed a relaxing break.»

Lovely house, brilliant location, 10 mins in the car to Great Yarmouth, 10 mins walk to the lovely beach with all the amenities you need.Parking at the rear and free car park across the road.Sit and watch the boats/ ships come into the harbour from the sea.We would recommend this house to everyone.Lovely beaches all down that coast. Go and see the seals at Horsey beach.Brilliant.»

«We had a lovely holiday. The location was fantastic - so lovely and quiet with amazing beach walks and views. All the bedrooms were lovely and spacious. The beds were very, very comfortable. Living room was spacious, it was nice to have a Freesat TV with NOW TV. The sofas were comfortable. The kitchen was a little bit cramped, but was very well equipped and had everything we needed. «We really enjoyed the Old Workshop. It is full of character. We stayed with a young family, two dogs and grandparents.The bedrooms are downstairs with most of the living areas upstairs that we liked. The stairs would be a challenge for the less mobile.The garden was very secure for the dogs. The garden is small with no grass but the local park is very close (1 minute walk) to exercise the dogs.The location is ideal for shops and Britannia pier.We’d stay again.»

«A great base for a visit to Lowestoft. Early morning views from Pakefield cliffs are amazing. The house is in a quiet road and parking was easy for us. Pakefiepld has many little gems and it is worth exploring the nearby streets for Victoria architectural gems.»
