«We were very disappointed with the bedding. The actual bed was so low to the floor (there was no box spring) and the pillows were subpar, there were no additional pillows available in the room, which is normally standard in most hotels we've stayed in the past. The staff was very polite and helpful, although we did not complain about the bedding to anyone.»

«The hotel itself was very nice. The front desk staff were very nice. The lobby/bar areas are beautifully decorated. We had a deluxe king room w/ a partial lake view. The room was surprisingly on the small side. I was looking for something larger considering this is a 4 star recently remodeled hotel. The bathroom was very small. The rain shower head was a plus. «Only reason we booked hotel was to use the pool. And no one informed us when we checked in that it would not be possible. We got no good answer to why it was closed or when/if it would open. Not friendly staff. But they have AirPort transport included»
