«We had such a wonderful stay at The Inn at Mary’s Land Farm and would absolutely come back. We came from Southern California and stayed here in between DC and Manhattan while in town for my son’s lacrosse tournament, and it ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. «I stayed in B2, which is a basement room. It had a VERY strong mildew odor, chipped furniture with crooked drawers, and patchwork paint on the ceilings. This room does NOT warrant the 3.5 rating that this property has, however, other rooms may be better. The shower was clean, however, so they earned one Star for that.»

«We had a wonderful stay at Wayside Inn. Our host, Joe, was very helpful and was a great chef! Our breakfasts were very good and got us ready for the day ahead. Parking was not a problem and the surrounding yard was shady and pleasant. The giant oak in the front is reported to be 200 or more years old. Our room and bath were well maintained. «Beautiful location. It’s in the heart of Columbia but tucked away perfectly for a nice retreat. Right by a nice trail. The view of the lake is breathtaking. Pool closes kind of early so make sure you pay attention to the time. Restaurant was worth every penny. Beds were nice. Loved the personalized touch with the tv having my name on it.»

«Check in took 25 minutes. Our shower did not work the night we arrived and maintenance could not fix it. They brought a bucket with a pitcher to our room so we could pour water over our heads while standing in the shower. We were told when we woke up we could come to the front desk and get a new room for our second night however at 7 o’clock in the morning we were awoken by a loud banging noise. «We had a handicap room and the beds were platform low beds, which didn't make much sense for an older person to get out of bed. All the employees were nice but the place needs a refresh and carpet removed in the pet rooms.»
