I do not recommend this hotel! We booked two rooms 4 months ago. They canceled one room because they DID NOT ANSWER FROM AN UNKNOWN NUMBER! The hotel staff refused to honor the booking. So instead of two rooms, we only had one. In hotel room: Smoke detector was broken. Toilet lid was broken. A/C did work! Loud guests in hallway at midnight and it sounded like someone was bowling in the floor above us. I won’t book here again nor stay here!

This property did not have any hot water. Walking in the hallway to your room it smelled as if someone was smoking.

I confirmed a late check in with the hotel. And while My husband checked in late they told him they had no rooms available. He had drove 6 hours to be told he had to find another hotel.

Toilet wouldn’t flush right tv shuts off every so often remote wouldn’t turn the tv on or off limited channel very disappointed about my stay nothing like advertising wasn’t noting like it was on the website

Hotel didn't pick up. We spent the night in the airport waiting. Called them 8 times ,and was told "van is on the way". After 6 hours gave up and slept on floor on airport.

Everything was fine, I just didn’t like that they charged my credit card without asking, I was going to pay with another card when I arrived, as my reservation said, pay at property.

Very rude people in Houston! Starting from the airport , uber driver and staff in the Hotel not welcoming at all! This is a city I will never come back! Nothing around the Hotel! Pool does not look like iin the pictures !!!

Our room did not have a hair dryer and when we asked for one at the front desk, we were told only certain rooms had one. They were not willing to let me borrow one, even from an unoccupied room that has one.

A little outdated and could use a super deep clean. However its great for a quick lay over stay. Shuttle was easy to organize and was prompt for timing. Beds were comfy. Staff helpful and Friendly's

I booked my room online . Got there was told I had to put a deposit on the room for destruction reasons . The room had texture falling off the wall base of toilet wasn't sealed , smoke alarm was taken out wires hanging out of the ceiling, A/C was loud I had to turn it off just to sleep bed was hard . I will never stay at any hotel owned by this outfit !

Airport hotel. Reasonably priced and clean, offers hourly shuttle to IAH. Breakfast is included but limited. There is a Waffle House next door if you want something more substantive.

The place was slapped together the quality was poor at best the doors wouldnt lock due to poor installation the back exit was locked and diaabled .The tub and ahower dixtures were loose and wobbly .Smoke alarms had not benn activated or had missing batteries The grounds were littered with cigar butts i saw an poyee just casually toss his on the ground right at the front entrance .The carpets needed vaccuming in our room.I travel and thos was one of the shoddiest
