I am very sorry to learn that you were greatly inconvenienced at the result of lack of hot water. While in almost every instance we have ample hot water, on rare occasions certain conditions arise that will temporally reduce our resources. Hi Marin! I was sorry to read of your inability to get a good night’s sleep due to noise from the street. A basic function in a hotel is to facilitate a restful condition. The comfort of our guests is our highest priority and had it been convenient, we would have gladly helped you move to another room.
