Expensive but worth it
This hotell is an expensive hotel, starting with the 38$+tax for valet, and going up from there. That said, this hotel and the hotelroom is a nice place to stay. From the bathtub you can relax and watch the late show from, the big spacious shower with a rainshower, and the big soft bed to just relax in. All the personel we were in contact with was serviceminded and polite.

We enjoyed our stay, unfortunately we booked this hotel for the rooftop pool which ended up being closed after the freak storm which ripped through downtown the day before our arrival, while this was not the fault of the hotel it all was just disappointing as it was a very hot weekend in Houston. The staff are lovely and kept us supplied with nice as there are no fridges in the rooms which made it hard as it was very hot snd we couldn’t even bring back some water or sodas and keep them cold. I think the property is newish/renovated and needs to add fridges to the rooms. If we spend a weekend in Houston and the pool is open I am sure you will enjoy your stay.

I loved the modern design and layout of the room. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp, clean linens and plenty of pillows. The bathroom was spacious and spotless with a large shower and high-end toiletries provided. The property also had excellent facilities. The fitness center was well-equipped and the pool area was beautiful, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The restaurant on-site served delicious food and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was also very convenient with easy access to public transportation and local attractions. I appreciated the free parking and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were clearly evident. I look forward to my next stay.

Loved the property! It’s so pretty and clean. Valet guys were so friendly and helpful. The reason for giving it 4 stars is because I was charged double for my stay. The clerk wasn’t able to tell me why he charged me till the next morning I was able to get help from this lovely lady were she explained and gave me receipts of return in process. Super close to the Toyota center!!

Hotel is well situated downtown for those with a car (or willing to Uber). Parking is a total rip-off - over $50 per day. The room was adequate, not remarkable.

Booked a room and prepaid through Expedia only to find the hotel charged me the full room rate on top on my credit card which they told me was for incidentals. Had to contact them to fix it or else they’d have let me double pay for this stay. Beware of fraudulent charges here.

I can honestly say this hotel is not worth the hype according to the pictures. My room was spacious, there was a couch but it did have stains. There were no robes, hand soap, or shower caps provided. I tried to order breakfast through there website which did not work .I called guest services and no one answered it went straight to voicemail. I eventually had to go all way downstairs to get breakfast. Housekeeping never came to clean my room or replace towels, which I feel I shouldn’t have to call especially if I didn’t have the DND sign on the door. When checking out I received a bill for $170 stating it was from the mini bar, mind you the mini bar fridge was completely empty. The excuse I received was that there might have been a malfunction with the system. Thankfully the front desk credited my account what was owed. Would I stay here again the answer would have to be a hard NO!

Terrible customer service outside of Steve at the front desk. He was great! Also, the rooms have no fridge or microwave . There were a lot of hidden fees that I wasn’t informed of, no parking available outside of valet which is stupid. For it to be an expensive hotel nothing was included in the packages not even breakfast. Couldn’t get food warmed up by front desk just a whole bunch of fuckery going on here. People with bad attitudes also

Early morning staff was less than engaging and helpful. The included breakfast was not worth it. Got a $35 credit for two people against a menu with avg breakfast entrees in the $20 range, so didn’t cover the full breakfast. On top of that, it was extremely slow. First people in the restaurant and in a hurry. Eggs and sausage took 30 minutes to prepare. Room was very nice although the foldable mirror wall to open up to the bathroom was odd.

The service and amenities of this hotel was great. The only issue i had at the stay was the charge of the late check out interpretation. I was told late check out was 2pm at the rate of $50. I was then charge $100 dollars and was told it was $50/hr after 12 pm which is orginal check out. Due to the misunderstanding, i was waived the 50 dollar fee. However if i never would have checked it would have gone unnoticed.
