Parking is a breeze, with a two-car garage and a large driveway that can accommodate up to four cars. There's also ample street parking available. The front yard, adorned with a beautiful palm tree and well-lit landscaping, creates a warm and inviting welcome.
Your arrival will be seamless, thanks to our Yale smart lock, pre-programmed with the last four digits of your phone number. This convenient feature ensures that accessing the home is effortless throughout your stay. As you step through the front door, you’re greeted by a cozy sitting area, perfect for luggage drop-off or a moment to relax. Here, you’ll also find a welcome gift and our house manual with all the information you need to make your stay as smooth as possible.
The front sitting area leads into the open and airy dining room, which is spacious enough for large family meals or gatherings with friends. The dining area flows seamlessly into the beautifully updated kitchen, which is fully stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal, brewing a fresh cup of coffee in the morning, or stocking the fridge and pantry with snacks, the kitchen is designed to accommodate every culinary need. Stainless steel appliances and ample counter space make meal prep a breeze.
Just around the corner, you'll find the main living room downstairs. This open-concept space features a cozy U-shaped sectional, a large TV, and a beautiful remote-controlled fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a long day. At the front of the house, the staircase takes you to the second floor, where the space splits into two wings. This side of the house also features a private bedroom with a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower—ideal for guests seeking extra privacy.
On the left side of the second floor, you’ll discover a cozy upstairs living room, thoughtfully designed with kids in mind. It features a comfortable modular sleeper sofa, a TV, and a soft, washable rug. This room provides a perfect space for younger guests to relax and watch their favorite shows or movies.
Off this living room is the primary bedroom, your own personal sanctuary during your stay. This luxurious room includes a king-size bed, a sitting chair, and a TV for unwinding with a good movie or show. The en-suite bathroom is equally impressive, featuring a large soaking tub, a walk-in shower with a rainhead, and a double vanity. You'll have plenty of storage space with a walk-in closet and dresser, ensuring you can unpack and feel right at home. The primary suite also includes a dual-purpose room just off the bedroom. This additional space is furnished with a full-size daybed and a sit/stand desk, perfect for anyone needing a quiet workspace. The 43-inch TV in this room can also double as a monitor if needed.
