Great value near NASA
Very near to NASA, everything was new, staff was nice, possibility to cook in the room. Quiet. Free parking around the building.

For the cost is was great. But the fake wood floor in the bathroom and kitchen were awful it was all warped! They didnt have enough towels we only got 2 full size and every time we went to the desk for more they didnt have any ready !

Not crazy nice but definitely safe and nice for our mini vacation. Only thing that sucked is the pool was freezing it wasn’t heated which that’s something I really enjoy to do on vacation. And no hot tub which is also something I really enjoy on a vacation. We stayed in a 2 room suite .

The night we checked in. We were a little late because of a delay in our flight and then issues with our rental car. We checked in easily and when we got to our room, it hadn't even been cleaned yet. This was about 1 am. So we went and got another room. The sheets were clean, but we sat own to eat our food that we brought and the table was dirty. We then looked around and the .majority of the surfaces hadn't been wiped down. There was even what looked like food splatter on the wall next to the bed. There were also many things on the room in disrepair. The floor was damaged in both the bathroom and the kitchen. The safety bars in the bathroom were very loos, the shower head in the shower wouldn't stay put. The girl at the desk seemed to be helpful at first, as we were leaving and she said that we should be able to get another room later that afternoon. Pretty sure she just threw out list of grievances away because when we came back for the evening, the new desk girl had no idea what we were talking about. We got a new room. It smelled ean and looked clean at least , but the TV wasn't connected to the TV mount and a picture was off the wall and stuffed behind the couch. This hotel needs some major work and needs to hire more professional staff that is not lazy and actually does their job. I know I left stuff out. This hotel is THAT bad!!

The property was worn and not clean in places. There were holes in the sofa, rotten and mouldy seals around the bath. We booked as a group of 4, two adults and two children but there was only enough cutlery, plates, and glasses for two people. We requested more at reception but the person at the desk didn’t know how to retrieve more. Said she’d ask her manager and they’d bring us some, however the additional items never arrived. The hob didn’t work properly, and one of the tv’s didn’t work. The building also had an odd musty smell. There was a chair and loads of leaves and debris in the pool when we arrived so my daughters missed out on a swim. Having said that the beds were comfy enough, and our particular bedrooms were in a quiet spot so we slept okay. The hotel is in a good location to get to Space Centre Houston, which is only a five minute drive and the main reason we we’re visiting.

Room stunk horribly of cigarettes, it was so hard to even walk in without losing your breath. Not worth the cheap price for sure. On the day I checked out there was also a needle outside in the parking lot. Save yourself and stay elsewhere!

I think they are undergoing renovations or repairs. Our room was not ready when we arrived. The furniture was everywhere and garbage bags in the bathtub. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and moved us to two studio rooms. However, the water in one of the rooms was not useable for a shower as it only seemed to have hot water. The shower rod is also falling apart. The staff are doing the best they can but the property is in very rough shape.

Look like someone had an adult fit in the living room dents everywhere. Not to mention when I walked In the bathroom the floor was peeling up and there was black mold growing on the ceiling. Not to mention the property reeked of weed. Booked 2 nights but only stayed one.

深夜3時AM(連日早朝7時くらいまで)に隣の部屋が音楽で煩くて2日間寝れずに睡眠不足で仕事も進まず、散々な出張となってしまった。 私は耐え切れず、騒音2回目の3時過ぎ、部屋に電話もなかったので、直接フロントへ行き、注意するようお願いしたが、フロントの女性は注意の電話を(隣へ)かけてくれたが、隣は「電話にでない。」とのこと。やむを得ず、直接部屋まで行って、注意してくれと再度フロント女性に依頼したところ、「小さい子供がいるので、直接隣の部屋まで注意に行けない。」と断られた。更になんとかしてくれ、と訴えたところ、「ウルサイのは私のせいではない。私では何もできないので、我慢してくれ。」とのこと。 深夜とは言え、ホテルのフロントとして子連れの従業員に対応させるのはやめてほしい。 また、朝6時開始の朝食も6時ちょうどに開始したのは一度もないと思われる。殆ど毎日遅れていた。仕事で早い私は食事はできず、コーヒーくらいしか飲めなかった。以前も利用したホテルだが、年々このホテルの質が悪くなっていると思う。

Don’t stay here!!
Room was terrible. Floor in bathroom and kitchen was coming apart. Couch dirty and arms all tore up. Bath tub fixtures broken and came off in our hands as we were trying to turn water off and on every time we bathed. Couch and office chair extremely uncomfortable . Electrical outlet in bathroom did not work. Dirty dishes with spaghetti on them in dishwasher when we checked in. We spent over 1,000.00 for this room and will not stay here again nor will I recommend it. Management is very poor at best. Big hole in front of office walkway for the 11 days we stayed there. Nothing at this place is up to Marriott standards.

I was disappointed to walk in to see really outdated furniture. The couch looked like it had cigarette burns in it and it and the chair next to it looked dirty and something I didn't want to sit on. I will say that the beds were comfortable and were clean so that was a plus. I did like all the TVs and that I could very simply log into my netflix account. I stayed in a suite and my daughter and her friend enjoyed having their own bedroom.

Run down old hotel. Had to sleep in my close because the hotel felt so dirty. Will never stay at this hotel ever again. Pool water is clean but pool walls are gross
