That affected power for over 1000 center point customers. That is not a regular occurrence here at our property. It is unfortunate that you experienced an outage during your stay, however it was beyond our control. We do hope to see you again in the future.

We did provide your room with enough towels for the amount of guests put on your reservation. As for the pool, it is a heated pool but it is also an indoor pool. Depending on the weather outside, when the nights are mornings are cooler it does make it harder for the temperature to reach desired temps. Breakfast hours are from 6am- 9 am every day including the weekend.
