Too expensive for this average hotel. The lobby looks amazing but the rooms are just like any other hotel room. Check in line is insanely long with only 1-2 representatives working. Be prepared to be charged $50 just for parking!!! Ridiculous…. Bathroom shower head was not pleasant. Definitely not worth the price for this hotel besides it being close to all the popular places.

The is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was very rude. My wife is in a wheelchair, and they had blocked off the path for us to get to the convention were attending. They did not clean our room during our two day stay. Also, the bath room tile had caulk coming up around the tub.

I didnt like how staff assumed i was familiar with the area and with how things work. Another guest at the hotel had to show me how to use the elevator using a room key card. He also explained how i would need it to get back into the hotel. No one gave us a map/diagram of the area or of the hotel. It wasnt until we were leaving that we found out it had an indoor pool on a different floor. I had to ask the Concierge for an area map and ask questions about the area. The room was very clean amd the view was beautiful. Parking was not easy either. Where im from we dont have parking garages like this one. Luckily an attendant rushed over to assist me. It took me several minutes to find where to scan the room key ss we left.

We came for graduation which was in the convention center. Easy to get to just go across the catwalk and you’re there, so convenient.

I enjoyed the walk in and soft shower, the service in the breakfast buffet, the guy who helped me in the exit parking lot, I did not like the smell of the carpet all throughout my stay.

Property was organized and cleanliness. Key card is helpful for securing entrances. My favorite is the rooftop to overlook the Houston skyline, and indoor pool with a jacuzzi. However, the only negative experience I encountered is paying approximately $40 including taxes for parking for each vehicle if you are a guest for a hotel. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

Staff was excellent. Food was great. Only thing I’d say is that their main bar/restaurant opens too late, they had an amazing chicken sandwich I was craving after only having it once. Great stat. Would recommend this hotel

The television did not work. Didn't bother communicating with front desk as it was late and a one night stay. There was a layer of dust with hair on the night stand and on the lamp. However, the overall property was beautiful.
