The hotel was not clean at all. There was mold in the shower head. The dishes I received were dirty and stained with food. The rack in the freezer was rusted. I was extremely disappointed as I traveled with my 3 year old. We ended up checking out early due to the lack of cleanliness. I am extra disappointed.

They didn't have the room I booked and gave me a completely different one than what I paid for. The room was dirty, and the hotel was also unclean. The staff was unprofessional. When I called the front desk to ask for a toothbrush and toothpaste, I was told that housekeeping was no longer available, and I had to get it myself. When I went down, they only had toothpaste and no toothbrush, which they hadn't mentioned on the phone. The front desk staff gave me the toothpaste and told me I should just call and have housekeeping send it up for me. So the housekeeping is available for other guests just not for me.

It seemed neglected. Fans blowing for two days straight on 21 floor. Smelled bad. Key issues and staff seemed over worked. All nice but needed some help. Halls were dirty.

Out of 4 elevators was lucky if 2 worked and they were slow. This hotel is either 26 or 27 floors, so always a wait for an elevator. If you get a kitchen, you will have appliances but that’s it! Otherwise everything was fine.

Initially intended valet parking but waited 20 mins and no one was at the valet stand. When we self parked, stairs growing down smelled horrible. There were human excrement / feces on the parking building stairs. Living room was unclean with pieces of paper and dirt. Sofa had stains. Not coming back to this hotel. Compared to other Doubletree Hotel locations, this was the worst we’ve been to.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It felt safe and clean and a great part of town. I was able to walk to shopping and food in the area. My only cons were the fact that we had to pay so much extra for parking when we’re already paying to stay at hotel and I expected a bit more things in the room itself like tooth paste. For such a nice hotel you’d think they’d provide you with more things like toothpaste and such but otherwise I loved it.

Nothing was good, elevators barely worked, paid for parking, but no space to park, the air DIDN'T WORK IN HOT HOUSTON TEXAS! Worker came and looked at the air system to pretend he was going to work on it and never seen him again. Horrible experience all around and would like somewhat of a refund for something.

Staff was A1 however we kept having issue with our toilet (someone came within 20mins each time) and water temperature was so hot couldn’t really enjoy shower. Over all experience was Good because of the staff !!!
