«Room was noisy as our heater made a whirling noise every time it came on and continued while running.. We actually turned it way down at bedtime so we could go to sleep and not be awakened during night. There was black mold in shower. The chair in room had not been vacuumed for quite a while. I found food, money, and dirt under the seat pillow. I always lift seats to look for bugs. Thankful none there. Even drapes looked like they needed laundered.
Staff very nice and helpful. Note I did not ...

«My experience was great. Staff was very nice. Best seaside hotel ive been to yet. It was raining so I didn't get a chance to use the pool. It was a nice sized and had a chair for people with mobility issues. The gym was basic but clean and had enough for a work out. Parking appears tight but actually enough spaces and was easy to get in and out. Room was large and had an ok view. Little terrace was nice. The outside table was basically a bowl that just filled with water in the rain. Great ...

«Hot tub did not work. We could fill it up, but the jets did not work. No alternative option was offered. Staff knew apparently about it.
Coffee maker did not work either, although the staff knew about it. A new coffee maker was brought over.
Bathroom door knob doesn’t seem to work correctly. We had difficulty opening the door. Even got stuck in the bathroom for a little while.
Shower head seems to be leaking in 3 different places, affecting the flow of water coming out of it.»
