«The staff was so friendly and professional! I enjoyed the bed. It was so comfy. The room was clean. We were traveling with one dog and the pet fee was a reasonable $25. We arrived late, but I felt safe in the area. It was an easy location to find, being very near the interstate. I would definitely book here again. »

«Couldn't get past the infestation of ants in our room. Staff sprayed the ants coming in the outlet covers. Only killed the ones showing their little faces. Woke up in the middle of the night with ants crawling on my arm. Staff refused to move us to another room. Will never stay in this hotel again. »

«Checked in and the entire lobby just has a weird smell of food. Got to our room and we had NO hot water. Reported to the front desk who had their maintenance come and said a fuse blew on the hot water heater. We just drove 8 hours and all my kids needed bathed. And were forced to take cold baths. After an hour the water was still cold and I was like "you'll just have to be patient" it was like midnight. The toilet paper smelled like cigarettes and there was no stopper for the bath tub. »

«The room was mostly clean, but the bathrooms don’t look to have been deep cleaned in years. There is no comforters, so if you need more than a single blanket and a sheet you need to bring your own. Also be ready to wake up early as there were no curtains only blinds causing the sun to brighten up the room super early in the morning. On the outside there was trash all over the ground and you can see lint build up on the side of the building next to the door that you go in to check in. »

«They say first impressions are everything, and this Comfort Inn missed that in the elevator on the way up to the room. Stepping in to the elevator we found old, dirty carpet, trash on the floor, foot prints on the wall, and overall had us worried about what the room would look like. Fortunately the room was clean. We will not stay in a Comfort Inn again, just too many things that needed updating that made us uncomfortable. »
